I installed this breaker near the battery on my atv to isolate a winch circuit. The most practical but not the driest location is under the right rear fender. We'll see how waterproof it really is. I haven't maxed out the electrical load on it yet to check it for tripping, but it's working so far.

used this with 2 AWG cable and the moment was pushing 80A for 10 min and 100A for another 15 so become quite hot (hard to touch) after this time. I wonder if the current was going higher if this would survive. In general was easy to install but the downside to me was the contact between lug and terminal - very small. Not sure why this is not larger (see image). ... show more
