This is a decent little paper cutter, but not worth a $60 price. The plastic shield is dumb. The laser is cute, but we've been cutting paper on paper cutters just fine without it since paper cutters cut paper. The laser also does not work well with the shield because the light beam doesn't want to show on the paper unless you keep the shield held just right. All the measurements and angles are a nice bonus if you need those. The blade is nice and sharp, lined up for a good cross cut with the blade on the table, but the tightness also seems to be making it push the paper a little bit if drop the blade too quick and the cut gets a little skewed. Overall, it cuts clean and has some decent weight to it. I just can't justify it for this price when you can get a full size paper cutter if the bells and whistles are not needed.

The best papercutter I have had and I have been an artist and art teacher. This one has guides in case you want to cut diagonally and it has a laser to help you better line up where it will cut! Accurate every time. It takes up less room because you only need to line up the edge...no need to have a huge base as it holds your paper in place anyway. It can be stored with the blade up or down and has a safety lock. Cuts smooth. Works perfectly

The media could not be loaded. Cuts paper like butter! It's hard to get a decent video but as long as you hold down the cutter with one hand and use the other to cut it works perfectly. If you try to use 1 hand only the paper will walk when you cut. The led works okay but is a bit distorted over the length of the cutter. It does make it nice to see where the edge of the paper is. The safety guard took a minute to install, and it does the job. Overall, this is a nice paper cutter.
