    • Has one of the largest in/out air tubes of all of these type masks
I have tried about 6 different brands of these masks including the original Tribord brand. The best thing about this one is it has the largest in/out tubes of all the ones I've tried. I use mine for snorkeling and recreational ocean swimming. I am a large person with a large lung capacity. Even when exerting myself, I can inhale and exhale very comfortably. One thing to get used to with all types of these masks is that if you dip your head a bit too far underwater when breathing in, the float will cut off the air supply and as you try harder to breathe, you can't get air. It's something you should try to make happen and get used to, especially for kids or anyone uncomfortable in water. My only negative for this mask is that it digs a bit into my forehead and it takes a minute to get it to seal around my nose and mouth correctly. But I have a big head! Update 9/2024: I have used this mask a couple times a week for over a year now. The tube where it attaches to the face piece has begun to crack. The tube walls are very thin so it was inevitable. The bottom frame of the face piece has also begun to crack. I wish it would have lasted longer but it was pretty cheap to begin with and I've enjoyed using it a lot. ... show more

I was only able to use this mask once with no problems. The second time it leaked the third time it cracked. Unfortunately because I bought it in advance of my vacation I was outside the Amazon return window, I would think the company would stand by their product with a warranty but they wouldn't even exchange it for one that wasn't defective. We have several of this type of snorkel from other companies and have never had a problem. Choose a company that will stand by their product and don't waste your money with this company! ... show more
