I got these on sale ($26) so all in all, I don't regret getting these. Good: Colorful with interesting settings. The colors are vibrant! Meh: Not as bright as I expected, definitely more of an accent, when I was looking for both color and brightness. Comes in 2 reams instead of 1 large one, which took extra planning, but worked out in the end. Bad: I don't know if it's the paint on my walls, but I had to buy extra adhesive to get these to stick. I got little scotch sticker squares that I thought would do the trick, and even those wouldn't hold. I went ahead with craft tack (sticky tack) instead and so far that has worked. Because the adhesion was so difficult, it took me about 6 hours to finish lining my ceiling with these lights. Additionally, I had to trim off about 6 inches of excess to get the lights to light up- idk if that was just for mine or if anyone else has also experienced this. I know the positives are less than the negatives, but overall, these lights accomplish what I wanted at a decent price. If you line your baseboards with these, you may have fewer problems because gravity will be working with you, but overall I don't regret this purchase. If you're looking to spice up your room with something fun, give these a try, but be prepared for some extra elbow grease and possible spending. ... show more

The lights seem to be fairly similar to the other half-dozen sets I've purchased over the years, but the remote arrived DOA. Even after changing the battery, it does nothing. Since I have other sets from other brands, I tried the remotes that belong to those, and the lights respond but unpredictably because it's programmed for a different brand with different functions. Also, the adhesive backing doesn't seem to be as strong as others I've used. I tried to contact the seller, and the link they provide on Amazon goes to a "no page found" result. So I went to their website (by removing all the page info from the end of the URL they provided), got a service email from the site, and emailed it... then got a bounce back that the email address doesn't exist. ... show more

1. These were super easy to put up. They adhere great. Just a note for people that say they are not sticky at all. When I first removed the backing I removed the whole stick strip not just the paper backing so make sure you are just removing the thin paper backing. Make sure there is no moisture! I cleaned off the walls and dried them but noticed my sons room has a corner that ran cold and slightly damp. I used flat head push pins to keep them in places in this area. All other areas stuck awesomely! 2. Linking two strands was easy enough but the colors do not coordinate or light up on the second strand for all colors. Red is the only one that matches (good thing red is my sons fav color). 3. Make sure you have them plugged in so the connector is out in the open where you can point the remote directly at it or it won’t work. 4. For the price and the easy installation they work great for what my son wanted. He didn’t seemed to mind the color difference when he changes the settings. Better instructions for linking strands would be helpful. I had to lookup a YouTube Video to see how. ... show more

My daughter recommended this brand and the 32" aligned my back wall perfectly. Only 2 inches of lighting left and cutting it off where it says to cut didn't change the lighting in any way. It was so easy and the adhesive was so good, when I came to a corners of my wall, I just folded the crease and it stuck together perfectly without sticking up.     • This one is a winner - not all LED's are created equal

This was the third set of LED's we purchased for my child's (different brands) and this one may not have all the cool extra features of the others but it does what it's intended to and does it well with no headaches. The first set synced to the music/sound in the room however one of the colors looked very separated from the start and slowly faded in brightness and eventually stopped working a couple months in. The second set had the same features but also a app to control it however the app never worked and again issues the tape/strip started warping making it look really really bad - upon removing it to try to fix them, a section stopped working all together (not patching worked). All of this lead us to this gem! The third set from this mfg was the winner. It doesn't have all the extra bells and whistles but of them all this one is so much better and does exactly what LED's are suppose to. Pass on all the others - this one is the winner! We even purchased another set for my kids friend. They are still up, working well, brightness and colors are exact. Thank you for making a good product! ... show more
