I chose these headphones instead of other products with better reviews mainly for the Qualcomm aptX Low Latency feature. I wanted to use them with my iPhone, iPad, and a TV that requires an adapter. I fully charged and paired them with my phone. Music came through fine -- but there were audio problems with both making and receiving calls. When I made a call, I could hear the other person, but I couldn't hear my own voice through the microphone. When I accepted a call, the person could hear me, but I couldn't hear them. I also tried pairing the headphones with my iPad and with my Macbook. Neither worked. Suggestions I found online didn't help. I thought I might have missed something because the instructions are not the clearest, so I emailed Panasonic and was waiting for a response. About 12 hours later, the headphones wouldn't turn on at all. I followed all the troubleshooting instructions, including resetting the unit, with no luck. As I was setting up a return, I accepted the prompt for help from an Amazon "expert," who was not able to help. I didn't ask for a replacement because, in addition to everything else, the control buttons are poorly labeled and difficult to use. I'm returning this product and starting over again. The padded parts developed cracks and disintegrated fast, under normal (even careful) use. Bad choice of material by Panasonic, a respected name in electronics. If not for this flaw, I'd give it a 4.5 to 5 because the ergonomic design and sound performance are great. I have bought many headphones from Amazon and this one disappoints more because it could have been a favorite of mine. I use this headphone for listening to TV and movies via my Apple TV as well as through my iPhone via Bluetooth. I haven't experienced any latency issues syncing with voice on the TV. The sound quality is right in my wheelhouse, bright sound without being tiring, the bass is strong without being overpowering and it's able to reproduce seriously low frequencies. Music, movies, games and TV are all really great through these cans. I am a fan of Koss Porta-Pro and these cans have a similar sound to them, albeit without the wide open sound of the Porta-Pros. There is an issue I have experienced a couple of times with the headset appearing to be off, but it remains connected to the source device while appearing to be turned off. The fix is quite easy, just plug them into the charger for a couple of seconds, which forces the headphones to power down completely, then I turn them back on and all is well. I have read a couple of reviews that complained about poor fitting, and I'm pretty sure I've figured out the issue... they're on backwards. I had the same response initially, since all of my other Bluetooth cans have the controls on the left, I put them on that way and finally figured out the controls go on the right ear and the fit becomes perfect, no pressure points and very comfortable padding. These are not noise cancelling phones, but they do a little bit of sound isolation due to their closed-back nature, but don't expect a whole lot of isolation. Money well spent. ... show more

So, these headphones are extremely comfortable, (If you use them outside, I'd suggest you get mesh or fabric earpads because they get hot) heavy bass, not the best battery life but they come with a headphone jack so, I'm not complaining. There is a 30ms delay so they are great for videos and movies, don't Max out the volume because they get loud. Overall, these are good headphones on a budget. ... show more

I purchased this as a gift for Christmas. Never have removed it from the Box until recently, as I was unable to give it to the person until recently. We discovered that the headphones came with a piece of the paint/color peeled off. I did not find the peeled off piece in the box so that suggests these headphones came with it missing already. I didn't expect much for a $40 pair of headphones, but these surprised me. The sound quality competes with $200 dollar headphones. Save your money for that range. I have headphones ranging from $350 to $1000, Hifiman Sundara, Beyerdynamic Dt 1990 and Audeze Lcd2 and know a good headphone. The Panasonics are not muddy, and have good separation of the instruments/bass. The sound signature is borderline bright. The lows, mids and highs are almost even, they can be heard clearly. It does not sound U shaped. The Panasonic will make a great casual listening head phones for me on the go around the neighborhood or in the gym. ... show more
