Love the fact that it reads the calls out loud. Got them particularly for that reason for my 85 year old father. They work great, the battery lasts long, and they have a lot of great features including intercom and things like that. I would definitely recommend!

The phone base, etc. looked like new. However, customer support was useless. When the batteries were inserted in the phones, "Insert battery" appeared. They wouldn't charge. New batteries cost about $30. With new/working batteries, I expect this to work. The base had previously recorded 2 voice messages without a problem. ... show more

These phones are pretty good but I noticed the battery only last a few hours before it starts beeping and saying low battery, put on charge. I just keep them on the charger when they're not being used. I haven't fully checked out all the features in this phone set but so far I like them

I bought this for my 92 yr old mother for Christmas. She finds it very easy to use. I like it bc the “call blocker” Is at the bottom of the phone instead of the middle of it. No more blocked calls! Yay!

Recd about a week ago. Really like this set. Holds charge well, base takes up less space on my desk than my old phone. And it comes with the old “belt clips” that in my are bathrobe clips!
