Bought this set because I am always leaving my cell phone somewhere I am not and then I have to run to answer it. With this system I was able to put a handset everywhere I am the most, and still receive my calls from my cell phone without trying to kill myself to get to the phone. I do not have a phone line, so I am not sure of the sound quality this would have, but I can imagine it is the same. The sound quality sounds like they are behind a static filter. I can still hear what they are saying it just sounds almost like they are in another dimension. The sound is loud even on the lowest setting, which is great, just wish they had clearer voice sound. ... show more

We don't have a landline in our house any longer. I don't carry my cell phone when I am at home. This blue tooth set lets me hear when I have phone calls but am not near my cell phone. Peace of mind when one of my kids is at practice, work etc... They ring anywhere in the house but there are certain locations that the line crackles when talking. If I walk towards the base, they clear up. Good enough for what I need. ... show more

Straight out of the box they looked brand new and worked as well as new! Talking caller identification is a great feature when you're not in range to see the display. I'd have to rate these as very high for meeting expectations!

I picked up these phones because of the cell phone interface capability, which can be really handy if you don't keep your phone glued to your person when at home. These refurbished phones came shrink wrapped to a piece of cardboard in a plain brown box... but, the phone instruments were well protected and everything looked brand new once unpacked. They came with new batteries and complete instructions, and fired up as expected. I won't go thru all the features of these phones as those are well-documented, but it's worth knowing that these things look and perform like new. This is the worst phone I've ever owned. Sound quality is horrible. You can hear people speaking but it's garbled and unclear. I would absolutely NOT recommend these phones. A total waste of money and I'll have to buy a differnet brand to make my phones work again.

I really like the phone. Didn't use all the features yet, but set up is easy. I like how you can check messages from any phone not just the base. I'm happy with this phone and would recommend it.

I like the fact that I can put my cell phone into this phone also. I do not need to carry around two phones. Going to check on the headset, as I am hard of hearing.
