  • Great Phone!
Style: Two Handset - KX-TG3752B
I replaced an ancient GE speaker phone in my home office with this model and I couldn't be more pleased. It has every feature I wanted and a few a didn't know I wanted (a speaker phone on each handset, talking caller ID, and programming from the handset to name a couple). It's light weight but well made, the display is easy to read, the volume is good, the menu options are intuitive and it's remarkably easy to set up and program. The Call Block feature is the bomb - I got a scam/telemarketer call about an hour after I installed it and I dispatched it forever with a couple of button clicks. I got one base unit/handset and one remote handset but it's nice to know I could add more remote units if I wanted to. This is a mighty fine phone and I highly recommend it. Definitely worth the $$. ... show more

  • A Tradeoff
Style: Two Handset - KX-TG3752B
I bought this phone because I was sick and tired of receiving calls from numbers I didn't recognize and who left no message. The 250 capacity call blocking feature is excellent, and the button on the phone makes it easy. However, what I gained in call blocking capacity I gave up in the quality of the speakerphone. When I have long phone conversations I much prefer using the speaker, and with my old Panasonic phone the quality of the speaker was fine. This one is lousy -- the sound is muffled and drives me crazy. I sure wish there were a way to get both. ... show more

  • Panasonic service is terrible and fails to adequately stand behind its product
Style: Two Handset - KX-TG3752B
The ringer on the handset stopped functioning after 3 months of usage. Panasonic service is terrible and fails to adequately stand behind its product. The process for obtaining a replacement is cumbersome and inconvenient and hardly worth the effort. Purchased in mid-March and defective by mid-June. What a disappointment. A reputable company would ship the customer a replacement handset upon proof of purchase but no, not Panasonic, they prefer to screw the customer. ... show more

  • I'M VERT DISAPPOINTED
Style: Two Handset - KX-TG3752B
I hate this product!!! They fooled me! Battery life is terrible. It's goes low after only 2 hours of using it. The slightest bang shuts the screen off. It's not what I had expected from Panasonic, especially not for this price!!!

  • It worked with my base unit
Style: Optional Additional Handset
Got the extra portable and charger to use as a second floor unit. It connected to the base unit after a couple tries, which I expected it to do without issue because it is listed as the unit accessory if you want an additional portable phone. The phone looks and performs exactly the same as the one that came with the base unit-except--- the power contacts on the base of the phone are different than the base unit phone so each phone is married to its own charging cradle. Seems kind of strange. I guess it's no big deal since it works but I would have preferred that I not have to keep track of which phone goes where. Also if I lose the base unit phone how do I replace it, since this one won't sit in the base unit charger. As an accessory that seems kind of important. My base unit is the KX-TG3760. It's one of the bluetooth units that will receive cell phone calls if you link it. Both phones, the original and this second phone work with the link to cell, so I'm happy with that. Update: Actually this is not the phone for my unit. I made a mistake ordering because I wanted black instead of the silver that was offered and this unit number was different. In my defense there are so many similar models it is quite confusing when ordering. Again the only difference is the cradle power pin configuration . On the good side it works flawlessly. The sound on these phones is really good, probably the best I've ever had.The link to cell works really well and is a big plus.I had no trouble linking up an older LG smart phone. ... show more

  • Way too complicated. Way too clunky
Style: Two Handset - KX-TG3752B
I still have a land line, for many reasons. This phone will NOT reliably take messages, record vm, or respond to edits. As an example, entering a local phone number with area code results in a phone number recorded with the "1" prefix, needed or not. Some people cannot leave vm messages, and at least one person has complained that I have not done a voice mail recording - I have - even though the phone insists on telling me that I must contact my carrier to do so. Perhaps these problems could be corrected, if the instruction book wasn't the size of a pulp novel, and if it were written in English instead of a poor translation. One more try programming this mess - why do I have to do the work? - and it comes back. Clearly "elegant" as an engineering description does not fit this machine. ... show more

  • Nice phone with one very important missing feature
Style: Two Handset - KX-TG3752B
Sometimes it seems that the simplest things get over looked. This is a nice little phone system and the Call Block feature is a god-send. However, they missed one of the most important features...when messages are recorded, there is only a small blinking light on the Play/Stop button - barely visible - and no visual indication of how many messages you have, until you hit that button to play the messages. Then info shows on the screen, which is great. However, if you choose to save your messages so you can access the info for later action, there is nothing to remind you that you still have messages saved. I've had to put a post-it flag on the phone to remind me that I've got messages to deal with later. Really, this phone can act as a baby monitor, but can't show you there are saved messages to deal with! I am thinking about returning it, after I research what other phones have this feature, and it's too bad because everything else works very well. ... show more
