The mat had loose threads in many places. We measured the mat and found it was 6 inches shorter in length and 4 1/2 inches shorter in width. Pretty expensive for having a less mat. When we got our new one we could see the big difference overall and it was cheaper! The company tried to give us a portion of our money, but at the end it wasn’t worth it so we returned it. When we were going to return it we were threatened that they were going to withhold some of our money if we didn’t send them pictures right away. We had medical treatment going on so we could and the emails kept coming til I had to let them have it for not waiting at all and being so rude in their emails. ... show more
