After 40 days I had an issue with the valve dislodging because it had been cross threaded when it was out in creating a gap. After going back and forth with customer service they did decide to replace it and sent a new one. Overall it’s a great mat so I’m really happy they worked with me to resolve the problem.

I was wondering what the quality was like considering it was on sale so much but when it got here it would not stay aired up. I used it 2 times for about an hour each and had to blow it up 3-4 times. I am 100 pounds so I know it’s not a weight thing and I have had multiple air tracks before so I know how to secure the pump spot. Super disappointing and it weighs a to much to try and ship back:( look somewhere else!

My daughter loves this air mat. We were on the hunt for a wide air mat, and this is the one we decided upon. It has stood firm to many hours if use. The inflation and deflation is fairly quick considering hiw large it is. The included pump allows for inflation and deflation. You can tell the material is sturdy. Definitely worth the price.
