Purchased this track for my daughters who are 6 and 8. I converted 1/2 my garage into a gym for them to practice gymnastics. They have a bar, balance beam and mats. Their competition cheer coach recommended this track so they can safely and more accurately practice their back and front handsprings and tucks. The track is very durable, easy and quickly blows up with the pump that comes with purchase and I love that it provides bounce like a cheerleading or gymnastics floor. Best purchase I’ve made on Amazon!! I would recommend this item to everyone with a child learning or practicing tumbling. EZ GLAM has responded very quickly to two issues I have had with shipping of another product ordered from them. Not only were they quick with their response, but they were willing to make sure that the issue was resolved quickly. I don't often leave feedback for sellers, but felt EZ GLAM had gone above and beyond for me more than once and that it should be noted so others know they are a trustworthy company. I purchased this this for my daughter and it has been amazing. At first I questioned why air tracks cost so much however I accidentally drove over the this air track in my SUV while it was fully inflated and it did not pop or cause any damage. I was completely amazed that it was fine after I made that mistake. My daughter uses this every day and so it moves around quite a bit without any issue. This air track and another air track are stored on hooks attached to the outside of our garage and covered with a tarp. We have left this outside overnight when there was a heavy rain and it did not cause any damage to the air track. We bought this for our daughter’s birthday. She loves it and loves to do somersaults and cartwheels, really just to tumble around on it. All our children love taking turns flipping around on it. I would like to start with this: I will gladly give an updated / good review once I receive some customer service assistance with our issue. At this time I have been unable to find a way to contact the seller. The hyperlinks on their website for “contact us” and “support” do not work when clicked. My 11 year old daughter has been asking for an air track for 6 months now. She’s a gymnast, aerialist, and now beginning cheer. We were finally able to purchase it for her 11th birthday present (her one big present). It arrived today, the box was slightly dented, we open it - her excitement is vibrating. We unroll it, get the air compressor out , plugged in, secure it to the air track and turned it on- NOTHING. So we switched plugs, thinking perhaps it’s the plug. Nope. Broken air compressor right out of the box. Excitement DEFLATED. I now have a very disappointed tween, with no birthday present. We waited for her Dad to get home, he attempted to inflate it with our air compressor - a big floor one, but we don’t have the right attachments. So at this point it’s useless, and so is the air track. Could someone please contact me so we can get a new air compressor asap? Thank you. Update: I submit a return request, because I could not speak to anyone about the air compressor. The new air track was supposed to be delivered on Friday 6/17, it’s Sunday 6/19 and still no air track. We are so disappointed! ... show more
