I got these mainly for my 3d printer but here is my review. They definitly are cheaper than the brand version but the roll sticks fairly well. The rolls have that paper tape feeling. It has a similar feeling to the masking tape that amazon uses, but the tape is actually sticky and there are no strings in this tape for rienforcement. REALLY A GREAT TAPE BUT YOU CAN'T USE IT IN THE SUN. IF YOU LEAVE THE TAPE ON VERY LONG IN DIRECT SUNLIGHT WHEN YOU REMOVE IT THE PAPER COMES OFF BUT THE GLUE DOESN'T.

I use this to remove dog hair from my truck carpet and seats, not to mask for painting. Works well for that but I cannot rate it for other uses

Congratulations Amazon you have found another seller who’s product is below substandard quality This masking tape is terrible it’s weak (too thin) you can’t even tear off a piece without it breaking Threw in dumpster, replaced at ACE Hardwear Maybe you should check products you sell occasionally

    • Not always sticky enough, tears easily.
Well I keep buying these so I guess they’re “good enough”. I have a weird cat who won’t use a litter box and pees up against walls. But she’s loved very very much for so many other reasons! I use this tape to keep puppy pads in place on a spot on the floor and the wall behind that. I live in Southern California so obviously it doesn’t get terribly cold- but still, it seems that this adhesive is a lot weaker when it’s cold-ER.     • Great for leatherworking
I use this tape for adhering patterns to leather. I print the patterns on plain office paper, do a rough cut, and tape to the leather. This tape doesn't leave a sticky residue on my fingers, and peels from some leathers without damage. Many leathers get have minor damage with removal of tape or adhesive, of course, but that's inevitable. I'm on my second pack of 6 rolls, having purchased my first sextet in 2020. ... show more

This tape is perfect for classrooms to hang up artwork or posters on the wall without damaging walls. The 6 rolls should be enough to last the rest of the school year too!
