I bought the 180 grit to prep the natural nails and to blend the cuticle area. They are great for the natural nail, just make sure you are using the efile at the lowest speed. I used to prep with a hand file but this is so much faster. I also only needed to use 1 sanding band for blending the cuticle area on all 10 nails (I work with acrylic). ... show more

    • Literally the BEST sand bands!
These are the only sand bands I will buy! Other brands I end up throwing away a quarter to half of the bands because of excess glue or an uneven wrap. These are smooth and wonderful to use! And the fact I get more for my money because I’m not having to throw away bad product!
