How to File Your Nails ? Start with dry nails that have been cut to the approximate length. Hold the nail file flat, as filing at an angle can thin your nail and weaken the edge, making it prone to bending or breakages. Filing in one direction is preferable, though if you’re gentle with it, you can file side by side. File from the side of the nail to the center, half a nail at a time, then shape the other side. Great to always have extras and these are white, so when you file, the residue is white, not black. Works great! I file the edges with another board, so as to not be so sharp on the sides. Great value!

For the price they are fine, they can only be used once and discarded, that's fine when you work on making nails, but if you're looking for something for personal use that is reusable, it's not here!!

Awesome Nail file is my nails. It’s reusable. You can wash it and let it air dry. I usually wash it and spray alcohol in there and let it air dry and it comes back pretty nice. The cost was very inexpensive and I got a tonne of them.

These files are very good quality. They are thick and sturdy yet have just a hint of flexibility and squish so they conform to the subtle curve of nails without needing to use a ton of pressure. If I could pick 1 really good word for these files it would be inconsistency! I thought everything was going pretty good because I've been ordering them now for the last several months and happy with what I was receiving. They were durable they had The right grit so things we're looking good. Unfortunately my last 2 purchases have not been as such. A package I ordered a few weeks ago ended up being unsatisfactory. The 100 grit side was Way to smooth for a 100 grit. So I rolled the dice again and just ordered another package and received it today checked out a file and unfortunately the same situation. The 100 grit is more like a 160 ish. So they're not able to perform as I need for my job and now I'm on the hunt for another file . ... show more
