These chairs are very comfortable with adjustable backrests. The cushions are nice and thick with removable covers for easy cleaning. The color is a nice light/medium beige that fits in any setting. These were very easy to assemble. Great price for two chairs.

My backyard feels like a resort with these lounge chairs. They look great, are very comfortable, and fairly easy to assemble, (tip- do not tighten the nuts until all of them are screwed in place). The cushion that comes with the lounge chair is a neutral color and thick enough to make lounging comfortable, the wicker looks really nice, I am almost 6' and another person 6' 3" and they are plenty long and steady when getting up and down. I am very pleased and bought the 15' umbrella for shade. The backyard looks better and now provides a relaxing get away just outside the door. The product is nice. Very easy to put together. I like the cushions. But takes a bit of time to dry if they get soaking wet. Holds too much water. Have to lay them vertically to drain out excess water if I expect them to dry anytime soon. The biggest problem is rusting of the metal at the 90degree turn (e.g., at the handle). Also, the weave is not attached firmly in places. Had to glue the pieces back so that they don't unravel. I doubt if the chairs would hold up to heavy use. But it is perfect for light use. The color of the weave is lovely and fits my decor nicely. This is our 2nd summer of use. ... show more

I have six of these and like them. I had a problem with one of the parts coming unwrapped, I contacted customer service and they took care of the issue immediately by sending me a replacement part, without any hassle at all. Will definitely buy from them again.

I researched lounge chairs for a week before I bought these. I liked the fact that they had arm rests. The chairs were shipped in a timely manner and were easy to assemble. The chairs started falling apart within the first season and now they are completely unusable. The weaved material is weak and once it breaks the whole chair falls apart. Nothing extremely heavy was ever put on them. Just a poor material. I spent a lot of money on these chairs and now I will have to spend more to completely re-strap the chairs or throw away. The frame is fine and the cushions were thin but good enough. What a disappointment. ... show more

    • Great Product, Better Company Behind It!

The chaises are awesome, very pretty, and easy to assemble. The company selling them is 'Awesomer!' Only one carton arrived upon purchase and since we were early in the season, we didn't immediately know there should have been two! When we finally noticed and contacted amazon, the only resolution was to refund the purchase since the other box had gone walkabout. As we had received one chaise, there was no way the manufacture would get paid and we really liked the chaise! Soooo... Contacted the manufacturer who immediately asked for pics of the box, the tracking info from amazon, and said they'd make it right! Great, respectful, and responsible communications with them and just a few days later, Carton #2 appeared on our doorstep! They sent the tracking number and shipped via FedEx!! We were so impressed with our interactions with this company! It's how business 'used to be' conducted and should be conducted again! You can buy a chaise anywhere, but the company selling these is amazing! And we are very grateful for their help! They found a way for us all to Win! ... show more

This is is sturdy, can be put together by 2 people easily and somewhat comfortable to sit in. Top cushion is thin, and ok but likely will swap out with a more substantial one next season. The webbing/rattan weave is flat, so I wonder how well it will hold up over time. (Edges where it wraps around frame will be vulnerable so we will see how it goes). In all a great item for the price, but you get what you pay for. I was concerned because each ships separately and reached out to vendor- found them very responsive and very customer oriented.
