Bought the 6x4 kit and had it built in 3 or so days with only myself working on it. Some frustrating parts with the channel and square head screw system but in the end it went up and made sense. Like other reviews said you need to build on a completely flat and level surface otherwise you will struggle, tolerances are very tight. Couple things that were disappointing to me: -Plastic side panels are thin and glossy. I am not sure if this happened in transit or during assembly but I have a fair size hole in one of the door panels so they definitely are not indestructible or as sturdy as the page advertises. I was not expecting them to have a shiny finish and nearly returned the greenhouse after opening the box but now that it’s complete I’m OK with how they look. -The “rain gutter” plastic assembly is also easy to damage when tightening with screws. -The instructions and pictures on the webpage depict more diagonal supports but these were absent in the build. Overall I think it looks nice and I’m excited to use it. I am concerned with durability over the years but time will tell. ... show more

This was a great afternoon project for daughter and dad - with only MINIMAL name calling! They put this together in a day - minus the floor. I highly recommend attaching it to a floor of some sort. I think they sell stakes that you can attach it to the ground, but my husband put it up on a 6x8 floor with sides so it lifted it slightly. This definitely helped to make it more sturdy and with it slightly raised it makes it looked more finished. It pieces are all well-made - my daughter and husband had a great time putting this together and look forward to filling it with shelves. ... show more

    • Flimsy and does not fit together well

This product is difficult to put together because there are so many parts to assemble, and as others have said you find yourself back tracking because the directions are not as explicit as they should be at crucial points...mind you the directions are 50 pages for this one product. Overwhelming. You have to assemble every stage perfectly and it is hard because plastic pieces are intermixed with metal pieces, so when screwing, the plastic bends and becomes distorted even if the bolt is not tightened fully. One end of our house did not fit as should because an earlier step was not perfect. I back tracked and re did it, and it still would not fit well at two end corners. I should have returned it immediately. The box size is small and efficient then you find you have to lengthen the small metal pieces with flimsy plastic pieces (end to end) with 12 bolts; and all this takes time and is not strong because it is weak in the middle. It is overpriced and I don't know how long it will last because it is so flimsy. The plastic "windows" have groves that slide into the metal pieces and provide support but that demonstrates the engineering they use to strengthen the product: flimsy metals pieces strengthened by plastic windows with ridges 1/8 inch thick. The greenhouse itself is fine. Assembly is a pain but once it’s up, it’s a serviceable greenhouse. However, we lost some parts in a moderate winter storm and working with customer service to get two replacement parts was a horrible experience. It required multiple emails, repeat sending of photos of the damage and the entire greenhouse, weather reports, wind speed reports and more all over a few dollars worth of cheap plastic parts. On top of this, they sent the wrong brackets for the shelves and it again required a ton of work on my part to fix the issue. There are many greens houses of similar quality and price so perhaps go with another company with better, friendlier, and more efficient customer service instead. ... show more

This greenhouse was easy to assemble. It’s light weight but once fully assembled it’s very study. We poured a concrete slab and secured it. We’ve had a few strong storms with strong winds and it’s held strong. I’m already wanting to upgrade to the next size up.

Very flimsy quality. The first one I purchased from Amazon was not what I ordered. It was aluminum and I wanted the powder coated gray so I sent it back. It took 1 month to receive the refund to my credit card! I sent the gray greenhouse back because it just is not what is shown on the greenhouse site. It is made of very light polycarbonate which is not suitable in the weather of most places. The most difficult part has been getting a refund. Amazon kept my money for 1 month, and so I used the call center many times. Each time a different person and each time the knowledge of the product and the circumstance was heart wrenching. Is there no training here? I really think Amazon needs to learn how to take care of people by having a week long training session with Apple. I am now doing my best to not buy from Amazon. ... show more

It took 2 days to build and in 24 hours it was demolished by wind. Central Oregon has strong winds but for the price I would have expected it to stand up. We secured it to the ground but it really needed an entire skeleton frame. If you're in an area with strong winds this is not for you. I was hoping to try to salvage it but it was too bent and we were missing too many pieces. Heartbreaking. ... show more

I bought this from Wayfair which was a mistake, as they wanted me to pay for return shipping. If they could have made this 5 cents cheaper they would have. The posts are held down by very small plastic clips. This won't last through 1 winter for sure.
