Great product... if you can get the lid off

I love this lip balm. It moisturizes my lips and makes them feel soft. I would definitely purchase again, but I won't. Why? The reason for the 3 stars instead of 5? The tube it's in is almost impossible to open. I don't want to fight just to get my lip balm open. I like the design of the tube, different from the typical round tubes but this isn't working.
