I want to get this right because people who need these devices need to know the Facts. It arrived very quickly and easy to remove from box other than the styrofoam that supported it. Easy to unfold in a controlled manner. Easy to charge. The only difficult part is setting the battery into the holder of the chair.. Battery works great and won’t overcharge. The chair itself is simple and easy to operate. My husbands feet stretch longer than the foot rest but he leans them up against it. His knees don’t bend easily with PD. The weight is do-ablle at 32 lbs without the battery installed but of course as a 72 year old I’d like it few lbs lighter. Hopefully they’ll keep working on the lightness. My husband hands shake but he can operate this ok. I didn’t see a phone number for the company but they have a service support email and have responded to questions. Lastly it almost fit behind my car seat but didn’t so I put it in the trunk. It would be easier to load it behind the seat from the ground. The best thing is the affordable price.. Other Lightweight models were much more expensive. My husband won’t be using his everyday so I base my review on short term usage. Update: be careful when unfolding the chair each time that the seatbelts aren’t getting caught on the cables. The seatbelts need to be secured somehow when folding and unfolding. Mine snapped a cable but the company has sent me free replacement parts because it was only 1 month old. I appreciate their response. Update: The company also walked me through my low battery issue but it turned out to be a loose cable to the power box. They really work with you. I have two recommendations for the company: make the foot plate adjustable for longer legs and move the battery to the outside so it’s not so difficult to get it into its slot. I think this company is excellent to work with and will support our future issues.

I bought the Q3 electric wheelchair and have had it just 5 or six days. I was using a rollator in the house and was exhausted when I would walk from our sitting area to the kitchen, the dining area, the granddaughters’ relaxing/ play/homework area. So I was in my recliner for much of the day. This electric chair is making it so much easier for me to be involved with what’s going on with the rest of the family to get to the rest of the house on the first floor. It’s quiet. The turn radius is small and so I can get through the house and around many pieces of furniture that I didn’t think I would be able to do. It’s easy to operate. The more I use it, the better I’m able to maneuver. I’m still working on the best way to transfer from the chair to my recliner chair or to the bed or for a bath. One problem I see is that you are advised not to use the arms to lean on and it would be helpful if I could do that. So I have had to hold onto the seat part (which is much lower) when I am moving to or from the wheelchair. I think (hope) I’ll figure it out. I use an electric scooter when I’m out of the house. This wheelchair will be my house mobility aid and I’m very happy with it. I thought about getting a different kind, but it was too big bulky and so heavy. This electric wheelchair is very lightweight and does not take up a lot of room. I haven’t really needed to fold it, but that is easy as well.

The chair is very lightweight and easy to maneuver. Not real easy to push, even if using it as just a walker, but doable. Perfect for travel. The instruction manual could be more instructive. Good Value for the $$$. Customer Service not easily reached by telephone. That's the only con, especially when you're in need of help. BUT if you reach out via email it's different. I reached Phoebe and couldn't be happier. She was so knowledgeable, efficient, and kind. She answered all of my questions and quickly. I can't say enough about her. She made my whole experience with Paiseec a pleasure. Very comfortable to sit in. Fairly smooth ride.

Really amazing chair. Made it possible for me to get out of facility after a stroke and live somewhat independently. Plenty of power to go up my 6% grade driveway and to power around inside my house all day. My PTs and OTs have been impressed. Fits everywhere I need it to and folds easily for travel. I love this power wheelchair. After a long search on Amazon and other places and doing many comparisons, I chose this chair and am glad I did. It has the main things I was looking for: 500 Watt motor, electromagnetic brakes, lightweight, and foldable. It is good looking and stylish. It's just a bit smaller than my previous two chairs so I can fit under tables with my legs still on the footplate. It gets great traction. It has rubber tires with a good tread pattern instead of the hard plastic tires my previous chair had. Customer support has been fantastic, both by phone and email. Delivery was fast. A great chair for under $900.

The wheelchair works exactly as advertised and I live in a moderately hilly city. There was some confusion regarding the extra battery and their customer service was excellent. They sent me an email and even called me to ensure I understood that it was shipped separately and sent me the tracking. This is a perfect ambulatory wheelchair with those with limited walking needs. It allowed me to traverse downtown and keep up with my friends at a festival which hasn't been easy for me in the past.

The Q3 is quite compact and for me, at 110# and 5', this was a perfect fit. At it's lowest speed, and reduced speed when turning, I could maneuver through my small home and tight corners without problem. I deducted one star for the stiffness in folding and unfolding, which Paiseec has said will ease up with use. I was also unhappy with the user manual that leaves a lot unsaid with illustrations so faint as to be useless. Customer service was top notch, answering my many questions quickly via email, and in once instance creating a video specifically to address a problem with the latch.
