Description: Rockville is proud to introduce our all new line of aluminum wakeboard cans. The MAC90B comes in pairs and includes our rugged universal aluminum clamp for easy installation to any wakeboard tower pole measuring from 2" to 2. 5" diameter. Six precision molded high impact rubber inserts fitment on towers from 2” to 2. 5”. Our clamp inserts are precision-fitted to sit perfectly inside the metal clamps. The speaker terminals are safely enclosed inside the waterproof speaker canister. Please note if you need an insert to accommodate a 1. 75" diameter tube please let us know and we will send one out to you free of charge! These awesome pods are built of super strong aircraft grade 6061 aluminum. The MAC90B features a black powder-coat finish which offers unparalleled resistance to chipping, scratching, and fading. They are fully marinized which means they’ll withstand the elements on the water. These cans are 100 % waterproof. What makes our technology the best on the market is that our pods are internally wired! This means the terminals are inside the pod and the wires are fed through pre-drilled holes on the pod and clamp. Simply align the wire opening with the hole on your tower and you are done! Great product for a custom install. Adjustments need to be made according to your components and application, but it is the only solution at the moment with a perfect price point. It maybe a quick out the box solution for some components but may need alterations to make others fit. The greatest bang for your buck allowing you to use pro audio speakers and drivers, instead of buying ready made wake pods with poor sound quality components. ... show more

Great speaker pods, I made a small change in the mounting bracket so that I could change the angle but very easy. I'm using a pair of MB quart 8" speakers and they fit great. These don't have any mounting holes pre drilled just FYI

These are pretty thick, pretty heavy, and the clamps are very heavy duty. The lips are not pre drilled for speakers. These fit Skar 8” Marine speakers. The 6” double wall speakers do not fit Skar 6” speakers at all. I am having to use a die grinder to open the hole bigger. These get a higher rating than the 6” ones. Where to begin, first of all the 6.5 cans were great so I was expecting the same ease of installation, but I quickly found out that it wasn’t the case. The holes, that are pre-drilled might I add, 100% do NOT line up with the mounting bracket. I had to elongate the holes for the bracket to fit (super fun). There are no predrilled holes for speaker mounting either. I wasn’t too disappointed there because it adds a bit of universal fitment. The cans definitely are made for subwoofers and not midrange speakers. The lip is about 3/4 of an inch and almost impossible to line up to drill for 8 inch midrange speakers. They make a 7.7 inch can and I would recommend those for any 8 inch mids you may have instead of these 8 inch ones. On the upside, these are well made, just as the 6.5’s are(once you get them all drilled) and have a durable paint job on them. Overall, even after all the crap with drilling them, I am pleased with them, but just be wary when ordering that it is not a straightforward install and will take longer to install than they should. Shipping time was fairly horrendous too, but sometimes that’s out of the sellers hands. ... show more

Installed 2 Skar 8 marine speakers in them. The old pods came with the holes pre drilled and this one didn’t which I liked because you can use it for your own application. I think this the 6th set of pods I’ve bought and I’ve never had an issue.
