I bought this sprayer for a fence project and it did the job. It's easy to setup and doesn't take much time to take apart for cleanup, just make sure you actually clean it right after using it or the paint bakes in the nozzle real fast. They give you a little needle tool that clears out the gunk though. The power is fine, blew through the paint pretty fast without constant clog-ups. The big 1400ml cup is nice, but full warning when that thing is filled to the top it gets kinda heavy on your wrist after a while. Flow knob works okay, 3 spray patterns to use, and you can even control the width of your spray pattern. And this sprayer comes with a bunch of different nozzle sizes, though I basically just stuck to the mid sized one for fence boards. I used the horizontal setting mostly for sweeping up and down. Noise level is loud but manageable, sounds like a hairdryer or shop vac. Overall way faster than using a roller or brush, saved me a whole weekend of work.

I got this paint sprayer mostly because of all the extra nozzles it came with. That's nice if you plan on doing a few different types of projects around the house though it takes a minute to figure out which nozzle does what. spray pattern is actually flexible and easy to control, pretty even coverage. Main thing is DO NOT overthin your paint!! I thinned my first cup way too much and got runs everywhere. Definitely do some test spots on cardboard before you start on your actual project. How much you need to thin really depends on what you're spraying. Stain went through with no issues at all but it struggled a bit with latex. Acrylic gave me the best finish by far (had to thin it a little bit though). Once you get the ratio right it sprays super smooth.

It sprays a super fine mist once you figure it out. Took me like 3 tries to thin the paint down right so definitely don't just pour and go expecting it to work instantly. After that though it just worked. No real clogging or major overspray if you keep your hand moving and don't linger on one spot too long... I learned that the hard way on my first board. Paint tank holds a ton so you aren't stopping to refill every 5 min which saved a lot of time. Cleaning wasn't bad either just gotta flush it out good right after. For basic house projects this does the job just fine. It beats paying thousands for someone else to do it or renting a bulky professional one. I got my whole deck done over the weekend with zero complaints.

Used this to refresh my shed and it turned out great!! I actually have a cordless sprayer already but keep coming back to this one because I just hate having to stop halfway through a job to swap out and recharge batteries. Cleanup isn't bad either just take it apart and rinse everything before the stain dries and you're good.
