The design is perfect, just the right size for his neck and head, and it lets him just rest his head without setting off his neuropathy. He's stopped waking up in the middle of the night, his arms and hands aren't killing him when he wakes up in the morning. So he's actually seeing proper sleep and pain relief. This pillow has actually saved me. Since I’ve experienced neck issues after having surgery over a year ago sleeping on a regular pillow just didn’t always allow me to be comfortable but since sleeping on this pillow, I wake up without pain even if I sleep on my back.

Was experiencing sciatica pain and tried the pillows. After two nights, the pain diminished significantly. I struggle to sleep on my back, but this pillow has helped. You’re not limited to sleeping on the back because of the contours that facilitate side sleep as well. It made a difference. The height is a little higher than I prefer, and it is firmer than I usually like, but to neck support is there. I’d like to see if the improvement is sustained with continuous use.
