Had these about a month, so far so good. Mostly use the medium and heavy bands 2-3x/week and they perform well with good range of motion. They come with a little pouch if you want to bring them traveling, which is handy. Overall good value.

had some doubts because of the low price, i use these everyday before/after bed and before playing tennis, they dont show any signs of wear after the first month and are super light and easy to take with me. good variety of difficulty between the 5 bands too .I wish i could give more then the given star rating . ... show more

I bought this to use for my prescribed physical therapy exercies. When I received them, they are too short and come in a circle. I cut one in half but it was still too short to be able to use for my needs. I should hae paid more attention to the dimensions.
