Weighted vests are gaining popularity. I walk 3-5 times a week. I wanted to sweat a little more while I walk and this does the trick. I bought the 16lbs and it fits comfortably. It’s easy to put on without needing assistance. I’ve tried running in it a handful of times and while I can do it, I don’t prefer it. When I run in it and tends to roll back on my shoulders more. It’s very comfortable and money well worth spent.

Great weight vest - not only use to walk, but then even doing simple household task like vacuuming. Only complaints would be: wish you could adjust the weight (add or remove), the top strap is a great fit but the bottom doesn’t even come close to closing over larger chest, & I can see it getting really smelly over time without a cover that is washable.
