The product looks great and hopefully will last longer well into the life of my vehicle however there are some issues that became apparent Early in attempting to install this radiator that I will list below. 1. Did not come with a instruction manual for whiring up the fans and the relay and Temperature switch. 2. The fitment wasn't correct the radiator did not clear the upper cross bar when the feet were placed into the slots to hold the bottom of the radiator had about a 1/2" clearance issue from the tip of the tanks and 1" clearance issue for the mounting plate for the shroud, I had to place the radiator its self down onto the lower frame rail in order to get it to bolt up which also meant I had to add rubber material to the bottom of the radiator to avoid vibration damage and the radiator sits at a slight angle. 3. Not enough wire to run across the engine bay to complete the circuit had to add about 3' ft of wire, also the connectors were generic and not spacificly made to connect to anything had to fab a prod connection to get power from fuse box. The temperature sensor did NOT fit the block and had no adaptor so had to BUY another one. All in all the install ened up taking two days instead of 30 - 60mins BE AWEARE THAT YOULL NEED TO PUT IN SOME ELBOW GREESE TO MAKE THIS FIT AND WORK WITH A 02 CHEVY SUBURBAN 1500 Z71. ... show more

Installed in my 2000 Tahoe 5.3 LS 4x4, I wanted to convert to Efans. Install was straight forward. I installed with a painless triple relay harness. The fans are not the best so consider installing upgrades.

Not sure of the quality of these OZcooling radiators, I've had this installed in my gmc Yukon xl 5.3 for about 9 months and started leaking after about 8 months, 9 months after install it pours out all the coolant in 18-20 minutes from multiple cooling channels. if you are looking for a full aluminum radiator I'd go Mishimoto brand ... show more
