The radiator looks very well built. It took me a little over an hour to install but I did a little extra work. The radiator fit perfectly. Make sure to save the 4 rubber grommets or buy new ones. One of the hooks that hold the fan shroud was a little bent. A little prying with a screwdriver fixed it. The clips that hold the transmission lines were a little tricky to get in. Save the old ones in case you drop one. They are thin and can be easily lost. While I had the original radiator out, I cleaned the AC condenser. It was filthy. Get a can of condenser cleaner and use it liberally. If your truck is old enough to need a radiator, your condenser is probably filthy too. I believe my AC will work better this summer. I also replaced my thermostat and temperature sensor. They are easy to replace and are less than $25 each. ... show more

Radiator works good, upper mounts were wrong but made it work.the fans are crap,be prepared to replace them.

I installed it myself,,, remember transmission line bolts dont come tightened from factory so doble check that,,,,one of the main bolt on brackets came offset from factory and was too separated from bolting it to radiator core support so i just installed a nice metal spacer to make it look factory and it worked,,,,did not have to grind anythind to make it fit and i used the old radiator core bushings so it squeezed into place nicely,,,works good,,,gotta wait till southern Arizona summer to come back around and see how it really gonna do,,, ... show more
