  • Ridiculously expensive but worth it
Color: Opal
Never in my life would I ever imagine spending over $50 for foundation. I have extremely sensitive skin with rosacea. Any other foundation I tried either was to heavy or broke me out so I stopped wearing it. My friend uses this and told me about it. I thought it was ridiculous and she was crazy. Eventually I caved and ordered it. I love it. It’s so light weight with very sheer coverage so if you’re looking for thick coverage this isn’t for you. I just need alittle coverage to help with some small imperfections. My skin looks so good when I use this I will def buy again. I have yet to breakout and I workout all the time. You don’t even realize you’re wearing it! Fantastic ... show more

  • Excellent foundation but the flaw w/ the pump must be addressed by Oxygenetix!!!
Color: Crème
Fantastic foundation which I buy again and again. As with many others was recommended by a top dermatologist after a procedure and has become me go-to foundation overall (my skin is also sensitive and it's never irritating and always leaves my complexion glowy and dewy). Sometimes though the pump doesn't work due to a defect and it has to be exchanged which is a major inconvenience. Truly wish they'd address this flaw in the packaging especially for the price.... ... show more

  • Quick Notes/Tips
Color: Beige
I like it. I won't write about what makes it good or bad (other reviewers have got that covered). But I just want to make a few notes. - My Loreal True Match shades are W5 and W6 (or a mix of the two depending on the season). I found that Oxygenetix Beige works well for me. - I hadn't gone in for a color match so I had purchased Honey and Almond earlier (both were way too dark for me). I noticed that the darker the shade, the thicker the formula. - Reasonably buildable - Quite dewey; I've found it useful to use a loose silica or mineral setting powder to create a more matte look and minimize transfer/sliding. - I generally need about 2 pumps (when I'm well exfoliated and my skin is in good condition) and 3 pumps (when I have more hyperpigmentation/blemishes). Each pump is less than pea-sized... it's closer to a corn kernel? - I used to use wedge makeup sponges with the liquid Loreal True Match and other more liquidy foundations. I switched to using my fingers and then finally to a foundation brush for the Oxygenetix, which is thicker. - I use the Oxygenetix moisturizer, which works nicely with the foundation, but I don't think it's strictly necessary. I only have to wait a minute or two before applying the foundation. But if your moisturizer tends to be very wet, I'd recommend letting it absorb into your skin a while longer before application. - One 15ml tube lasted me about 7 weeks where I used it about 5-6 days a week. - Some people mention problems with the pump. A few times, I thought I was having the same problem but it worked again when I tightened the top. This is not to say others' pump problems weren't due to actual defects - but this was just my experience. ... show more

  • LOVE IT
Color: Taupe
A wonderful product overall. Easy to apply, dries quickly and does not smudge. It is smooth, light, so it does not exacerbate the look of wrinkles. It does not seem to cause any breakouts. However it does not cover scars or dark spots 100%, so you need to use another product for difficult areas. Cons: * too expensive * does not cover some dark spots or scars fully. ... show more

  • Price is worth the results!!
Color: Beige
This seemed spendy to me. But it was my hopes that using good makeup would lead me to having better skin, & therefore over time I would be having to use less & less. I suffer from breakouts & was always combating acne, to dry irritated skin. I went through my first bottle rather quickly, due to having to layer to cover all of my imperfections. I am on my 2nd bottle and I can now say that I can now use this product lightly due to having great skin! My skin is not only clearer, but looks & feels so much younger! Another perk, I have found no need to wear powder with this foundation! :) ... show more

  • Too dark for fair skin
Color: Pearl
Medium coverage. Easy to apply, but didn't last long. It kind of made my skin oily, got breakouts around my forehead area after used. Pearl color too dark for fair skin. Too pricey for 15ml.

  • My new go-to daily foundation!
Color: Walnut
I first heard about this foundation because Kourtney Kardashian uses it. This foundation is so lightweight and has great buildable coverage. It doesn’t break me out or clog my pores at all. I love how it makes my skin still look like skin but better! I purchased the taupe shade first and it matched my skin PERFECTLY. I decided to go ahead and order another one in the next shade up (walnut) for when i’m spray tanned. However, walnut is like 3 shades darker than taupe so I can’t use it on it’s own and I have to mix them together to get a color in between. I hope they expand their shade range because they skipped a bunch of shades in between. I have oily skin and still find that it wears nicely as long as I lightly set it with a very small amount of powder. I like the Honest Brand translucent power, I highly suggest it if you’re on the “clean beauty” wave such as myself. Their cream blushes also last so long on top of this foundation. I feel like $66 is a little steep considering how limited the shade range is. Like myself, some people may need two shades to create their own and $132 on foundation probably isn’t practical. I’m happy with the size of the product, 1fl oz is basically the standard for foundations so i’m glad they didn’t skimp on that. I haven’t had an issue with the pump on either of my foundations yet, I will update this review if i do. ... show more

  • Its Not Magic, but Good
Color: Beige
My "better" foundation is the Oxygenetix Oxygenating foundation, and I had been using the Smashbox BB Cream as an everyday alternative. I got a sample of this and liked the coverage. A little of this really does go a long way. That said, you have to make sure you start with very well hydrated skin or I've found the application isn't as smooth (sometimes even have to add moisturizer after applying). This isn't a full coverage foundation, but helps make your skin look better and I feel like has more coverage than the Smashbox. Its not cheap, but a little really does go a long way and so as an everyday foundation I am currently a fan. ... show more
