This device appears sturdy and well made. Unfortunately, it just doesn’t work. I get it hooked up to both hoses and it shows the correct o2 flow but turning the knob results in no change. So pointless for me. In addition to not adjusting, my cannula connector won’t stay attached and keeps falling off. I could probably tinker with it if that was the only problem I’d keep trying. I’ll be returning it for a refund.

For those who are on oxygen therapy and use a 50' or longer hose, this thing is a life saver. Without it, oxygen users have to get up and go to their concentrator to manually change the oxygen setting. With this, attached at the end of the tube and before the canula, users are able to change their oxygen settings right at their fingertips. This flow meter actually goes up to 10 LPM and works perfectly with a 1-10 LPM concentrator. If you look at the attached picture, you will also notice that I have added an attached clip that I clip right on my shirt which allows me to move about freely. I also like that the nipples are metal and not plastic. Seems to be of better quality than most I have used in the past.

Added this nefarious little device to my CO2 keg charging so I can fine tune my charging technique. It has helped to educate me on the uptake level based on pressure and beer temperature and has sped up my process! Easy to install and easy to operate which makes it a 5-star in my beer making book!
