These are nice heavy sheets, replacing my very old cookie sheets. Finally a cookie sheet that my parchment paper fits in. Unfortunately they do buckle in the oven. I still like them though.

This combination pan and rack serves an important role in our kitchen, protecting the oven when we bake potatoes, which is about once a week. I wanted something that would allow airflow around the potatoes, so I didn't have to lay them on foil or on exposed oven racks. I had to turn the rack upside down for proper airflow. The pan is lightweight and easy to maneuver. My biggest issue is that it is difficult to clean. I would have preferred a flat bottomed pan. The ridges serve no real purpose and are impossible to clean. I tried a plastic "tuffy," light use of a steel wool, and a brush. All threaten to remove the coating. The slightest dripping becomes embedded and the heat bakes it on. Subsequent use just makes it worse and adds on. The pan becomes unsightly and the oven starts to smell when pan is used from the additional burning on. Not a lot, understand, but a slight odor that could be avoided if you could clean the pan. If you're cooking something that won't drip, it may be perfect! So, the search continues. This wasn't a bad stop on the journey, but I don't want to live here. ... show more

I had been looking for a nonstick baking sheet to reduce my use of aluminum foil. I found it. This pan works great. It’s recommended not to use cooking spray because the film can build up and take away the effectiveness of the nonstick. Even better. We cooked salmon the other night and with no spray, no foil, it cooked perfectly and did not stick! Washing is easy-simple wipe with a sponge and warm water…I don’t use the dishwasher. During the first use, it buckled but then resumed the normal shape and never buckled again. It’s perfect and worth the money. Highly recommended!! ... show more
