This soap has been a life saver. I have very dry, sensitive skin and this has helped so much. The bar is thick so it lasts a long while. The smell is not overwhelming. I love this soap.

I love these shea moisture soap products but this one has absolutely no scent at all. It does not moisturize my skin like some of their other soaps. Nice long lasting large bar, but I need more scent and moisturization!

    • Amazing smell, not my favorite soap though
I bought this bar soap because I love the matching body wash/bath version. I was hoping it would be really nice quality but I wasn't overly impressed. Its not drying but I wouldn't say its exactly moisturizing either. The scent is good but there is not much of it. There isn't much lather and it doesn't seem to go a long way. I find I need to re-lather my body sponge 5-7 times to get enough soap to wash my whole body, which is why I wont be repurchasing. Its just too labor intensive to re-lather a sponge for each body part for all the soap to be gone after a few swipes. Its not a bad soap, just not for me. ... show more

I use this soap daily. Love the scent and it us gentle on my skin. This soap is great and it lasts and lasts. I gave up bottled bodywash that has lots of chemicals and more costly.

I've gotten away from liquid soaps since I started reading the labels. I've used this brand for quite some time I usually get it at rite aid. With the points and (hopefully) a sale price it was equivalent to the price I paid here. A bar will usually last at least a month for two people. Just take care that it dries between uses. As for the soap, they all smell fabulous and leave your skin squeaky clean and moisturized. I still like my Shea butter after, but that's me. If you have dry skin, you may want to try the black instead, but I find this works just as well and doesn't scare you by turning your washcloth (temporarily) black. It rinses right off, but it's weird the first time. I may just go ahead and try their shampoo one of these days. I just hope the price holds. It'd save me some time Sunday morning. ... show more
