Bought this for all my holiday baking. My old 9x12 lost it's non-stick abilities long ago. This Oxo pan is heavy duty and nothing has stuck to it, not even a large Yorkshire Pudding batter. If you need a heavy duty, non-stick 9x12 this is the pan for the job.

I have have another OXO 13x9 cake pan for years and love it. When my Pyrex pan of the same dimensions broke, I decided to replace it with a second OXO pan. These are excellent pans that conduct heat evenly and are heavy enough that I doubt they'll ever warp.
