  • PERFECT FOR MINIATURES
Color: 01-rock White
Wow, I’ve tried multiple different brands before landing on overture because I liked the matte black color PLA they’ve got. This rock PLA has outstanding results I personally think because it has a level of flexibility, it’s still super sturdy like all PLA but when snapping supports off things like limbs and weapons the material will bend before snapping. Not only that but the material color and complexion itself adds depth and detail I don’t find with other color PLAs. No odor whatsoever, it’s almost a softer material (the way you’d compare gold metal to iron). NO STRINGS! I’ve got about 300hrs working with this PLA and I don’t get any strings unless a support fails which is much less often then other colors! ... show more

  • Prints nicely
Color: 02-sedimentary Rock
Decent filament. I'm on roll, colors are soft but beautiful. Just depends what your project is going to be. Recommend this filament.

  • Prints well but adhesion can be an issue.
Color: 01-rock White
I really like how the marble texture comes out on this filament, but I have had adhesion issues with it. I recommend playing with bed temperature and nozzle temps as well as first layer cooling before trying to print something large. Mouse ears also help a ton if you are using a slicer that supports them. Fortunately, once you get your settings for this filament locked in, the results are great. Unfortunately, if you do not take the time to get them right on a new printer (like me) you will go through a lot of wasted filament on failed prints. ... show more

  • Great Filament
Color: 02-sedimentary Rock
Great filament, prints look awesome but the Anycubic Ace Pro dislikes it and constantly gives a tangled filament error when it's not tangled, so we can only use it for single color prints.

  • Nice filament, a little temperamental
Overall a good filament but not the easiest to work with. Some issues with adhesion with smaller parts and some bubbles/chunks, both possibly related to whatever texture additive for the "rock" PLA. Colors are really nice, not as vibrant as shown in the pictures but the better for it. It's a unique rainbow based on my experience and a nice balance of the various colors. Would recommend if you're willing to put up with some optimization work. ... show more

  • Nice Stone Color
Color: Grey-muted Gray
Nice smooth matte feel to it. Great color for a stone/rock. It does have some flecks in it to give it a more natural rock color but they are very hard to see. You have to be really close to the object to actually see them. From a distance, you can’t see them at all. But even without the flecks it looks great! ... show more

  • DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.
Color: Glacier Blue
Worst filament I have tried yet. Wouldn't adhere to the hot plate no matter the temp or the type of hot plate. tried different size nozzles and kept clogging. I truly wanted to love this filament but I can't, it sucks.

  • Prints nicely. Has a nice, dotted stone effect like the photos.
Color: 01-rock White
I got this specifically for the flecked stone/marble effect shown in the photos, as I wanted to print some busts/statues. I use a Flashforge Adventure 3. First, I had to print a spool extender, because my printer uses a specific size/type of spool. Once the extender was on, this rolled out and fed in smoothly. My printer bed has its own way of making this pla adhere, so I can't comment on how this would adhere to a flat bed. But I've had a normal glue stick work fine for me in the past on my Creality cr10. I use my machine's stock settings. This rolls through smoothly with no tangles. It adheres to the bed and itself just fine. I've printed out a bust, a statue that had failed supports, and am redoing the statue with proper supports. This has worked out to be very smooth and clean printing so far. The 'stone' style gives it a bit of a rougher feel than some other filament that I've used, but that's fine for me, because that's what I wanted. Overall, a great filament for statues, busts, stones, stone walls for tabletop gaming. Normal price range for this type and amount of filament. Will buy again. I have a lot of stuff to print now that I have a good printer. ... show more
