I have to sleep in a recliner and it was fine for 2 weeks! It then started leaning to left when foot rest was released pans it would not go back to original position until I rolled out of chair! Tried to return but I would have to buy packaging and pay to return maid it stupid to return as was spending 50% of original cost Not worth cost and terrible customer service ... show more

This chair is great! It’s super soft and firm but comfortable. I wanted a larger chair to relax in and this one delivers. The massage pillow is a nice feature. It’s very comfortable and the vibration isn’t too intense. I’ve already fallen asleep comfortably in this chair. The only thing I would change is it does not rock or swivel and the back rest could have gone back a bit instead of straight up but that doesn’t mean a flaw it’s just my perception for my back problems.
