Overall, a very nice design and it fit the space. I had to carefully hammer tap the bins to fit onto the side brackets. The directions say to unscrew the basket mounts, but this does nothing to provide more space to slip the baskets onto the mounting bracket. It only makes the bracket come off. I asked a question about the basket design because it made a difference in some plastic bins I bought. Unfortunately, my baskets were NOT straight and 100% of the responses said they were straight. When I purchased I didn’t measure the door for the pantry and it’s too big. Instead of returning it I hung inside of my bedroom closet and it’s perfect for toilet paper, extra soap, belts and other random things I needed a place for. Can definitely think outside of the bed w this! I’m in a somewhat small apartment so it became a space saver somewhere else. This over the door metal basket organizer came quickly, was super easy to assemble, I did it in a matter of minutes. It fits great on the narrow laundry room closet door. There are little stickers included that you put on the door for the bottom of rack legs, it has little suction cups to protect the door and they "suction" to the sticker. It was easy enough to put together, but when I went to hang it on the door I found 2 of the end pieces were slightly warped. I was able to bend them straight with minor effort. There's nothing supplied to make the hangar part fit snug to a thinner door, and it would run into the door jamb since that meant it leaned inward a bit. So I made some wedges with cardboard, the white packing paper and some clear tape, to fill the gap. Speaking of gaps, there are gaps on the sides of the baskets that are big enough for thin or small jars to slip through. I just made sure to put smaller jars in the middle of the baskets. Lastly, the interior bottoms of the 4.72" baskets are more like 3". They're wider at the top. I could probably have gone with the wider basket version, if I'd known the measurement was for the top and not the bottom of them. So a few items I planned to put in the rack don't fit. But it still works fine for most things. It doesn't shake or sway when I open the door. So overall, I'm happy with it. ... show more

    • Not flimsy - easy to put together!

Well built - perfect for the door going down to the basement. We have an electric chair for the stairs, so I needed a shorter one that comes halfway down the door so it won't interfere. It is being used for foil, wrap, storage bags, etc. Saves me drawer space.

I really liked this shelving unit except for the fact it is designed to hang on a door that is 1-7/8” thick. All my doors are 1-3/8” thick. I wish they also had included a hanger for my size door. Also it would have been great if the hanger width had been shown on the page showing all the dimensions. Also. Instructions suggest you loosen screws when trying to install baskets on rubber guides. I found that was a real pain. Instead I used Vaseline. I applied a small amount to the U shaped part and it easily slides into place. Not as sturdy as I hoped but will work fine. Assembly was a little difficult for arthritic hands but got it together.
