Love that it holds drinks and snacks. Does not make sense that you cannot sell the last drink or, m,ore importantly, know it is out of that item just by looking at the machine.

    • Good, but have had some issues
I bought this machine for a washateria that I own. I actually love the overall setup of this machine. However, in 11 months I've already had to change out the whole cooling unit (once for low freon, once for a bad compressor, and once i don't know why). The coin mech has had to be change twice due to constant jamming and the mech not dishing out proper change. The latter could've been fixed, but since the machine was under warranty, I requested a replacement. I also had a motor issue, but this was easily fixed (and I don't know what I'm doing). Due to the multitude of issues, I called the manufacturer and bought a 2-year extended warranty. Now for the things I do like: The slide out trays for both snacks and drinks are quite convenient. The trays for the snacks are not adjustable, which can be aggravating if you vend a lot of various sized chips, but not a big deal. The upper trays for canned drinks hold a lot of drinks. The lower trays hold fewer drinks in a spiral setup. The pricing system is pretty awesome. Like most modern machines, you can set individual prices for each unit. You can also price by row/tray or all units. The system also keeps inventory on an individual basis. The machine accepts coins or 1s and 5s, which you wouldn't want to go higher than 5 b/c all of your quarters would be gone if someone used a 20. The design is pretty sleek and modern looking. The machine is pretty heavy and needs a pallet jack to be moved if moving more than a couple feet. Overall I love the machine, but b/c of the numerous issues I've had, I can only give it 4 stars. If the issues cease for an extended period of time, I may change my rating to 5 stars. Edit: cooling unit is out AGAIN for the 4th time. A few of the motors on the selections have gone out several times. They want over $700 for a replacement cooling system. I’m not doing it. I’m currently shopping for a mechanical drink machine. I hate this machine!! ... show more
