The item arrived as scheduled and they seem durable but one of the six bowls arrived cracked/damaged. There wasn't enough bubble wrap/insulation to secure the set of bowls so that they would not move in the box while in transit. Super big fan of these - I was intrigued with their bamboo material, the shape and their large capacity and had really high hopes that these would be versatile -- I have not been disappointed. The cream color is really nice, fluctuating between earthy yet modern. The bamboo fiber material is very lightweight yet sturdy (not cheap) and they haven't scratched after a few weeks use. Love that they are dishwasher safe. But what puts them over the top for me is their shape and capacity - they fit nicely in your hand so whether its filled with salad, rice, ice cream, it's just a great shape. Scooping things out of the bowl is facilitated by the long slopes, and whether you're using it for a little something or a more generous portion, this bowl fits both nicely. I've also been using them for tabletop display purposes at parties - again, the capacity is great and they look really nice just sitting out filled with salsa, chips, crackers etc for self-serve style buffet settings. To be able to stack them up nicely in the cupboard is a nice bonus, as well. Definitely recommend. ... show more
