  • Don’t worry about the reviews with assembly on these.
The reviews almost turned me away. A while back I made the mistake of buying one of those put together sheds from a department store. 3,000 plus screws, bolts etc. Took me DAYSSSSSSS. This wasn’t that. Extremely Extremely Easy to put together. So simple even, I put the walls etc together separately in my living room. Then took it out in just a few sections and bolted it all together with a drill. Maybe a few hours. Had a few cocktails, a decent playlist…. now my patio is a greenhouse. Ordered on a Wednesday, at my door on Friday, on my patio Saturday morning. If they read the reviews…. Please figure out a way for me to switch the door to the other side. Then send me the stuff and I’ll update my review.lol My only complaint. Thanks folks - 5 Stars ... show more

  • Terrible design and flimsy product - Do not buy!
This is one of those products that was probably copied from somewhere in terms of design and built poorly with no prototyping. Here are the problems: 1. The description of the product has a wind rating. Post assembly, this product cannot stand 30MPH winds. Its ridiculously unstable 2. The product came neatly packed and with assembly instructions. Instruction manual is poorly written with drawing barely legible. Not because of print quality, but because of poor drawings 3. The instructions say you need two adults to assemble. But in reality you need more like 4 adults. The frames and extremely flimsy and rely on the panels to provide stability. Problem is that the frames have to assembled first. They are wobbly at best and the slightest wind blows them over because they simply lack the mass to give them any stability 4. Structural integrity is poor. The frames seem to follow a good structural design but the metal (aluminum) quality is poor. It is soft aluminum sheet metal. Should've used corrugated or pressed aluminum instead. 5. Supplier was responsive to questions and discounted the price. You can return this item but you have to pay shipping even if you have Amazon Prime. Cheapest shipping cost via UPS was $145 - about half the price of the item. The supplier said that they pay me $80 to keep the item. I took it to see if I can still use it with improvements. 6. The parts were faulty. The vertical columns are mounted with bolts but they use an extremely malleable clip to brace the column to the foundation. I had to find stronger clips at a hardware store to make it stronger. 7. The foundation beams are defective. They were clipped at an angle so that they could be bent to a 90 deg angle. But the blokes clipped the wrong end of the foundation as well. So there is no hold on the foundation for the clip (mentioned in 6 above) on the foundation beam 8. When I complained to the supplier about the defective part, they said that I had two options: a. The would ship me the same defective part again. or b. Give me another credit 9. None of the credits I was promised has been received at the point in which this review was written. If I do get it in the future, I'll update the review to reflect that. 10. After nearly 20 years of buying stuff on Amazon, this has been my only terrible experience. Added on Feb 11, 2023: After posting this review, the seller provided a free shipping label via Fedex and asked me to return the item for a full refund. Because it was month, the original packing on the frames box had some weather damage. I had to cut up some additional cardboard and close up the box. Full refund was issued. ... show more

  • Very cheaply made /bad instructions
I would not recommend this product to anyone who is serious about a green house. The aluminum is so cheap even the slightest pressure it bends quickly. The legs cannot properly support the weight of the walls. We had to put cement blocks on all sides to hold the entire structure up. Overall it's a cute idea but bad design. ... show more

  • Not as bad as the reviews claim in my opinion
Im glad i ordered this. For the price i found it to be less of a challenge to assemble than others have. I found this youtube tutorial that may help the next person. https://youtu.be/l1UMRWEMxug I assembled the frame base upside down since its on my deck. No issues there. I found only 2 minor defects that were easy to fix. The door was rubbing. I simply used a metal file to shave off a tiny amount of an edge. Then the bolts on the sunroof were not as easy to access for assembly as the rest of the project. Many people complained about the manual. As long as you assemble the walls flat on the floor first it will go smooth. It's recommended a 2-4 person job. I was able to do it mostly myself only asking my young children twice to hold a beam for 30 seconds. Im a mom who tends to be adept at handy work. So if your mind functions as an engineer you will enjoy the process. I found it fun and satisfying where most found it ridiculous! I had very few problems. I love how it fits perfectly over my side deck entrance. I secured it to the house. Yes it took 6 hours one day and part of the next day. But taking your time to think it out will make it much more doable. Dont knock it. Give it a shot. The manual will make more sense with their tutorial. I hope more people give it a shot and not give up too easy. Its a good find for a good price. I chose not to peel off the white film just yet as i like the diffused look. ... show more

  • Wow ... this was not what I expected.
I bought this little greenhouse to attach to a garden shed I built earlier this year. I liked the form factor and small size. After unpacking it all and starting the set up, I quickly realized that this was extremely flimsy. Going through the instructions, it was clear to me that they were nearly worthless. Felt like a chinese coloring book to me. All pictures, with really bad illustrations. Few or no words. It was a horrible experience trying to put together this lightweight erector set. Be prepared to take sections apart a few times until you get it right. It took my wife and I two days to built this kit. I would not suggest anyone attempt the project on their own, unless they happen to have four arms. Once we got the main structure up, and squared ... it was time to slide in the polycarb panels. Will give props to the ease of installing the panels ... mostly. But then discovered the panels are held in place by wire clips (that took me forever to figure out how to install right). We live in a part of Idaho that gets some pretty good wind. Today was around 15 MPH, and one of the panels blew off. Can't imagine what 30 MPH is going to do. They do suggest to chalk in the panels for extra stability. I will definitely be doing that soon. I can not really recommend this kit to anyone. Just too flimsy and lightweight ... and hard to understand instructions. For this price point, I expected more. ... show more
