  • Horrible product and useless customer service
Color: Green
Horrible product and useless customer service. Set up of the greenhouse worked fine. After less than 6 months of use, the plastic covering on the thing has literally melted! It looks like a screen mesh. Now, we are out of the return window with Amazon, so I reach out to the manufacturer. After nearly a month of communication with the manufacturer, I have zero resolution to my issue. They confirm that we've used the product as intended and that it is made for use in Florida. They fully agree that it's within warranty, BUT, since we bought it from Amazon and not directly from them, they won't do anything about it! The picture attached is from inside the greenhouse looking out. ... show more

  • Not bad for the price
Color: White
Directions says 2 ppl 2hrs for assembly..I did it in 3 hrs by myself. The directions are all pictures, no words, and can be a bit tricky for someone (like me) who isnt that great at assembling things of this size. All parts were included, no missing pieces nothing was bent. Everything fit. The plastic covering seems sturdy enough. Once the covering is on straight, the door zips smoothly. Definitely watch the part labeled #10. Install it opposite end up from what the picture directions says to do. I read another customer review warning that issue as well. Installing part #10 per picture directions will cause both ends of the greenhouse to raise up, shaping it like a banana. Correcting the issue is much harder once so many poles are in place. But-It's up, anchored and hopefully will stay in place thru the upcoming fall winds and winter weather and (hopefully) be a great addition to my garden. ... show more

  • Not structured right. Needs pvc frame.
Color: White
love this greenhouse. it is exactly what i have been looking for. its the perfect size. BUT. The first big wind came and even though we strapped it down it was lifting had my son not been there to hold onto it I would have lost it down the mtn. Also the structure bent and two bars broke. We reinforced it with pvc piping to make the structure strong. ... show more

  • Fingers crossed
Color: White
Instructions are awful... I had to take apart and change up things a couple of times before I got it right but once you do then it is easier to assemble. There is no written instructions just bad illustrations. The poles are weak aluminum and bend easy. The plastic is okay and I do like it but wish it was a little thicker. Not sure of how well it will stand up because I just put it up but hopefully it will be worth the money and I will update as soon as I know. ... show more

  • Very flimsy tubing with weak joints.
Color: Green
I read reviews and was cautious in purchasing this. It arrived with the 1/2" EMT (pot metal) tubing in poor condition. Ends were bent and collapsed to the point of breaking the metal and losing integrity. I went ahead and put the structure up on level ground and bolted everything together with a proper snug (not torqued) fit. The structure seemed strong enough to stand on it's own and I assumed the extra anchors and tie downs I purchased would benefit keeping the center of the cover from catching wind and becoming a sail due to the lack of hook and pile tape fasteners in the center of the plastic. I took the time to layout the cover and examine it for damage as well and found it to be the only part in good condition. After emplacing the plastic on top of the frame I noticed every joint began buckling from the weight of the plastic. I planned to go to a local hardware store to buy extra supporting pieces to drill and connect onto the extra bolt lengths inside the structure to increase integrity and lifetime of what I had planned to use for an aquaponic greenhouse and well housing. Unfortunately, within ten minutes of the plastic being installed, the joints on all but one half hoop buckled and caved in...no load, no wind, just the weight of the cover. I messaged the seller and am awaiting response...will update with pictures when I get off post today. Update: Pictures added and still no reply by seller. Will update after reply received. ... show more

  • leaks
Color: White
This product arrived on time. I have been using Quicktent products which are considerable more durable than this greenhouse, however, the Quicktent I wanted was out of stock so I settled for this greenhouse. Once you figure out the pictures it is fairly simple to assemble (don't tighten any fasteners until the unit is assembled). If you are going to leave this up for any amount of time buy additional good stakes and straps. Yesterday was the first day it rained since putting this unit together. It leaks like a sieve right down the center seam. Not heavy leaks but a constant drip all along the seam. Not happy. I have not contacted the seller because taking the cover off and replacing it at this point would be a major pain in my bottom side. I am going to end up duct taping the seam from the inside as the seam would be like impossible toe reach now that it is up. ... show more

  • Do more than just assemble
Since I had already bought a similar structure, I already knew that you need to secure the plastic cover to the structure and the structure to the ground. Like the last one, I covered the frame with chicken wire before putting the plastic cover on to prevent it from sagging between the sections when it rains or snows. This structure is thinner and not as strong as my last one. We had terrible winds one day and I had built the whole thing but only had put in 2 garden stakes to secure it to the ground and was going to finish later. I knew I had to run out and do what I could before the whole thing blew away. I was holding onto a cross bar while the wind picked up a side of the structure a couple of inches so I pulled down harder and bent it. Luckily, I had my wits about me and didn't lift my feet, so the bend was not major but it worried me. Also, the wind was making the arc move much more than I had expected. It is good for the price, even with adding all the chicken wire, T-Posts and metal bands to secure it but spend just a little more and buy the ones that are $250-$300. My last one had a peak in the middle and was at the price range suggested ... show more
