This tent is just fabulous. It’s so easy to set up (might be a little tricky for one person to do alone, but my husband and I both pulled the handles at the same time and voila, it was done). I was worried about how the strong the floor material would be, but it’s nice and sturdy, plus it’s not tarp material so it’s not all noisy. My only complaint is that when folded up it’s still pretty big/long - about 4.5 feet, but it’s not heavy. Still would probably be a bit cumbersome to hike around with or fit into a car trunk, but that’s not the style of camping we do so no big deal for us. The fly is made of really thick material, with vents. Very pleased with this purchase! Update: we’ve now camped twice with 2 adults, one 9 year old and a husky mix. Very spacious! One trip was mid 40’s, rainy and very windy, but we stayed toasty warm. The other trip was 80 degrees at night and very humid. With the rain fly off and a fan, we stayed so comfortable. Great tent for the price, takes less than 5 minutes to set it up. Zipper works well, I love the mesh walls. The only concern is the quality of the stitches, not a big deal if it rains because the rainfly goes on top anyways. I used it around 5 times this summer and I was very happy with it.

All I can say is that the refund process is not so good, but the item itself is fine, although it's too big. I thought the item would be the right size and easy to carry.
