Had a little hiccup in the beginning as one of the disc brakes was overtightened during pre-assembly so it was out of alignment. As soon as we figured that out and fixed it all else went smoothly. Mostly assembled when it arrives, purchaser just needs to tighten up a few things, mount the handle bars, mount the front tire, and put the seat on. All tools needed are provided.     • Do not buy for an adult it will break and there is not replacement parts!!!!!!
This bike has an extra long rear axel that no one carries. I thought it came bent and attempted to get it fixed myself. I went to 5 bike shops and none could source a part. This company was nice enough to send me a new rear wheel after I complained. Sadly the new rear axle was also bent and the bike unrideable after an hour or so ride. I am just under 200lbs and never took it off-roading or off any sweet jumps. This was poorly designed and will only work for children. ... show more

This bike is nice and sturdy. Was looking for a good sturdy bike to get back into trying to become more healthy lifestyle as I'm on the heavier side and found this bike to fit my budget and weight limit. The hardware booklet that comes in the B box was very vague. How to video link or where to find that was not anywhere to be shown. Alen keys they sent were all the same size. Glade I had my own tools and power drill. The left side break lever cable was on the wrong side was not able to turn the handle bars to the right but that was an easy fix.     • DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER
Where do I begin? I bought this bike for my son as he needed a more sturdy and reliable bike. We received it last Friday and the box was already damaged upon arrival. My son was so excited and we went ahead and it put it together. As he was trying to ride it up my street the chain in the back kept coming off and the years would not change at all. We kept working it messing with the screws trying to get the chain and gears correct. Still couldn't get it right. Saturday I took it to a bike shop and they wouldn't even try to fix it (keep in mind I should not of had to do that) and the frame was bent in multiple places. I did purchase the product warranty on it. I then contacted Amazon and they reached out to the seller and the seller is refusing to send me a replacement and refusing to give me my refund back. I am a single mom and they think it's okay to keep my money. They got their money now I want mine back. They don't care and this is very unprofessional and ridiculous. The bike shop said it was not user error it was the manufacturer Carelessness. Do not buy from this seller otherwise you will be out of money. On repeat do not buy from this seller. I read the other reviews so I was expecting some minor imperfections. It did arrive missing a nut for the front tire. And some damage to the area where the brake lines connect to the handles. I decided to accept the brake issues since they are still functional but I went to the hardware store for a replacement nut and the guy couldn't find the right threading. They seem to be using some kind of speacility nuts. The problem I really have with the bike is that it was advertised as having a 440lb weight capacity. I really don't think this is true. I weigh about 370lbs and the tires, the shocks, and the seat were all struggling under my weight Overall I think you should be prepared for some imperfections and be willing to spend a little more locally on replacement parts or repairs. ... show more

    • Cheaply made both bikes broke immediately
Bikes are made very cheaply. I ordered two bikes and had mechanical problem with both in the very first ride. I recommend just going down to walmart and purchasing something else, atleast then if you have issues you can actually have somewhere to take it back to and not chase your tail for weeks trying to get them fixed or refunded. Pedal shaft on one bike stripped and broke and gears dont change correctly on the other. ... show more
