I was looking for a good pair of mittens to get me through outdoor winter activities here in the Midwest and after researching several options, I landed on the OutdoorMaster Ski Snow Mittens. I have smaller hands, but I ordered a medium so I’d have enough room for glove liners—and that was the right call. I wanted something that felt high quality without being overpriced, and these fit the bill. I took them outside for a test run ahead of a snow tubing trip, and so far, I’m impressed. The fleece lining is very soft and immediately feels warm. I also really appreciate the zippered pocket—I’ll be using it for hand warmers on colder days. The fit is comfortable with plenty of room to move my hands without feeling cramped. They’re easy to put on, and the drawstring closure tightens nicely around the wrist to keep the cold out. The wrist strap is another great feature—it keeps me from accidentally dropping or losing a mitten while adjusting gear. The outer fabric feels sturdy and well made, though time and more use will ultimately tell. Most comfortable mittens, maybe not as premier as those gore-tex ones, but with the price, cannot complain. I'm a beginner on skis and won't go out on any extreme weather (<10F windchill). And these mittens serve my purpose well. I have sweaty hands and they are kept warm even the liners are a bit damp. The wrist leashes are a must for me because I need to frequently take the mittens off to attend my kids. Both the shell and insulation are very soft so it's easy to turn them inside out to dry. I have bony and large hands as a women, and size large fit well. I'm getting another pair.

These mittens are good, though I can't comment on the waterproof aspect of them. They do a good job at blocking the wind and keeping your hands warm. I will caution though - my hands started to sweat in them, which made them uncomfortable to put back on later with the inside being wet. I would recommend wearing these with a merino wool glove liner to try and help with that.

These mittens are really great. I needed a pair of mittens that would fit my OCOOPA hand warmers and these work perfectly. I ordered my husband a medium and I have a small and we honestly cannot tell the difference between the two pairs of mittens. Both pairs fit both of us. I'm not sure if they use the same outer shell and a different size liner maybe? We are in Michigan where it is extremely cold and snowy and the hand warmers coupled with the mittens have been really nice to have when we are outside with our dogs. They are truly waterproof and the inside lining is very soft fleece. The mittens are not machine washable, but my machine does have a hand wash setting. I do wash all our gear at the end of the season with NikWax Technical Wash to re-establish any waterproofing and that is what I would suggest to anyone else who needs to give their mittens a bath.

i've used them a few times now, they do a nice job of keeping hands warm and are easy on/off with a wrist link in case yo drop one. one thing i am looking at - they don't seem to breath as well as some others, and need drying after use.
