Chairs are comfortable and solid. Assembly is not as easy as portrayed in the video but after a little cursing and maneuvering, they came together. The holes didn't line up well and the allen wrench to tighten is ALWAYS a hassle!

Once we got this together, I really like the set. Large and comfy and seem to be sturdy. We wanted them for watching TV on our lanai. However, they were not really easy to put together because a number of the holes were covered or partially covered by the plastic wicker. Directions were pretty good. This set was exactly what I was looking for! It’s beautiful and the seats are spacious and comfy. Some have mentioned the need for 2 people for assembly, but I found them easy to assemble alone with just a few minutes help from my hubby. However, the backs of the chairs did have some issues. The frames didn’t match up on one side of each chair which left a gap too large for a bolt. But I contacted the company via email and their customer service was great. They said the issue was due to delivery and offered to send two new chairs. I really appreciate that! ... show more

Love these chairs.. easy to put together with two people. They have a deep seat so you need an extra pillow on the back. They look and feel a lot more expensive than they are. We are on the heavier side and they are very sturdy. The cushions are a gray/beige but the are neutral color and worked for us! Recommend them! ... show more

Chairs were delivered with the wrong color cushions. Notified seller and correct cushions were sent out in very short time. Chairs are difficult to assemble. Not impossible, just difficult. I am an retired engineer and it took me a good 2 plus hours. Problem is parts are heavy, clumsy to handle which makes it difficult to line up the bolt holes. Also, bolts are allen wrench type which makes them hard to tighten. Too many turns involved. I would have designed the chairs with philips or hex headed bolts. Other than that, chairs are pretty sturdy, comfortable and very big which makes them pretty heavy. That could be a plus since i don`t think they are going anywhere in a rainy wind storm. Not everyone is equipped to assemble these chairs. ... show more
