Got these for a Cinco party this year. They are plastic as the description mentions - which was important to me. I want to be able to use year after year. But the plastic is thin, making them more delicate then I'd hoped. Overall - good value though. Colors were vibrant.

Great quality for papel picado! Pretty design and easy to work with! Just had to tie a little bit of string to the ends to give it slack but it was such a lovely touch to the party decor
