The water tube was a bit long and so getting the pump to settle in the right place inside the fountain and not have the tube pop off was a tiny bit trying (I was too timid to cut it down) but once it was set up and running, it’s been excellent. No problems so far and it’s been running like a champ ever since. I didn’t have any issues with the “door” as others have. The peaceful sound of the water running is very relaxing, we can hear it throughout the house, and our animals love it too! The size is perfect and it’s low maintenance. Great item, looks great, and we absolutely love it!

This was a great value, looks wonderful in the corner of our balcony and was easy to put together. The size was perfect atop an end table next to our outdoor seating. Sounds lovely when running and doesn't create a splash or spray. Even when it's not running it looks great! Very satisfied with this water feature!

The media could not be loaded. Have had for 2 years, still love it. Got a solar pump and this was easy to install. It takes about 3 1/2 gallons of distilled water to fill, and a tiny splash of algaecide. I use a tiny net to scoop out debris. It fits so beautifully in my rock garden its hard to tell where the rocks end and the fountain begins. Sound of water is soft and subtle.

Came with top plug missing. tried to get one from seller . they offered to take it back and get a refund but its not worth the hassle of repacking and reshipping for a 5cent part - for now I taped the hole will apoxy it when I get a chance. There seems to be quality control issue with the manufacturer not the seller - numerous reviews of broken on arrival and top plug missing I got it working by pluging top hole. The fountain looks good and works fine, its just a shame there are so many issues from the manufacturer I for sure would not order another one from any supplier. They will all have the same issues Made in China but what isn't these days

The media could not be loaded. I really like this fountain. I wanted something fairly large for my patio table. This fits the bill! Has great sound (see video) and is very soothing. Birds often visit my patio so I am hoping they will enjoy this. The only problem i had was trying to put the pump inside. The tube kept popping off and my hands would barely fit in the opening to reattach it. Once i finally got it in there it works like a charm. Very happy so far.i have some patio lights i put around it to light it up at night.

I wasn't too sure how big this was going to be, or how it would look, but I was really surprised it is a nice size, it is sturdy, easy to set up just fix the pump to the bottom attach the hose, add water and plug in. I live in Maine so we are not into hot weather yet and we are still getting a fair amount of rain so I have no problems needing to fill it up. I sit around 20ft away and can hear it trickling. I have not had any issues at all with it splashing, I made sure it was on level ground, which might be why. The birds and squirrels all love it and I much prefer having running water than a standard bird bath with just stagnant water in it. I have been pondering getting another for the other side of the garden, but I really don't need to - maybe if I win the lottery and have spare cash - but I am very happy I bought it. I will be bringing it inside during the winter as we get below 20/30 degrees and as much as it might be ok being left out - I will just bring it inside so I can clean it and keep it until the snow and ice has gone and spring arrives.

Mine never worked. Water never came out. One Led light didn’t work. I opened up an amazon card and got a $70 gift card. I purchased many things along with this and amazon decided when I was to get my refund I’d only get $90 back to my credit card and they would give me $63 back to a gift card which is total BS. Amazon is super shady and customer service was of no help. Regret buying this and wasting my time trying to put it together and take it apart for 2 hours only for it to be broken. Should have known when I took it out of the box that it had spider webs and water marks in the inside. It is pretty small even for the price.
