New Review. I was so happy with this coat last year, decided to get a second color during Prime Days this year. Same size and length, different color. It does not fit. It is so out of proportion, a size down probably would not even zip up, and a size up would probably slide off my shoulders. I don’t have time to keep trying all the sizes (printed size tables are both absolutely incorrect), then sending them back. Guess I’ll look for a second coat elsewhere. Original Review: I hesitated buying this jacket. Finally decided to go for it, but ordered the Medium. Fit beautifully if I wore only short sleeve tee’s under it, but decided to return and go with the Large. It is flattering, lightweight but pretty warm. I live in the southeast. A cold day here is usually 30’s/40’s, and this jacket handles that with no problem. I love it for walking my dog because it is lightweight. I don’t feel like I’m carrying 10 extra pounds. It has a very feminine, flattering fit. I ordered the gray in the shorter length which comes to mid-thigh (I’m 5’4”). The last thing I also like is that the zipper is two way. I usually hate driving in winter coats because they bunch up around the torso, but I can unzip this coat at the bottom so it doesn’t do that. If you have any doubts about this jacket, don’t hesitate to try it!

First, this is a beautiful jacket. I have the longer one though I had so much trouble deciding between the two, I may buy the shorter one in a different color if this proves to be warm enough for Michigan winters. The herringbone pattern of the puffs seems to be unique to this coat at this time and is one of the most flattering "v shaped" silhouettes one could wish for - especially in a winter coat. A puffer, no less! I do not like the look of most puffer jackets. The puffs all go straight across which makes your body look wider. Not this coat~! The gorgeous cascading v cuts your figure even if you aren't "cut". My body shape in this coat resembles (a much larger) Marilyn Monroe hourglass shape. I'm still losing weight (fasting and keto) and will probably buy smaller sizes if they keep selling these. Sizing: Amazon suggested a 3x for me, which is not available and would have been too large. My current measurements are 48"-44"-50" and the seller recommended which fits perfectly: Size: XX-Large | Color: （runs Large. Order Size Down) Ink Blue(shiny)-avg.36" Long Length The sleeves are very, very long. I have shorter arms and need blocks in yoga for some poses, too, though. I also don't always wear gloves, so really appreciate the longer sleeves. They can be pushed up a bit a la '80's or even rolled up. The hood is delightful. It truly blocks the wind and I was able to pull it over my ears and go without my constant ear muffs. Huge plus! It also is very light and doesn't get behind your neck or bother you when it's down. Quality on this is outstanding. This is one of the best zippers I've seen on a coat. It has no hanging threads or threats of coming apart any time soon! Again, the style is just fantastic, too! It would be nice if the pockets were fully lined for they are a bit rough on one side, but that's nitpicking! Compare the price of this coat to others in its class with far inferior styling and you'll have it in your cart before you know it! I will update this to address warmth as the season changes. I know people always say that and don't, but I do. lol Hope this helps! Lightweight. Extremely lightweight. I'm kind of skeptical that it will keep me warm during a Michigan winter, but like a review from Minnesota, we shall see and even if it's only for Fall and Spring, it's a beautiful jacket. I will not return it. I am hoping the technology mentioned works. I use an NIR light therapy and it's magical, so I am very hopeful. Update: this cost has been surprisingly warm during 20 below zero 50 mph winds. I won’t say it encouraged me to camp in the backyard, but going from house to car and running my dog in the backyard was doable! Whatever this technology is, it’s amazing because you can wear this inside the store and also not get hot. I don’t know if it’s warm enough to walk to school, etc outside longer than like 10-15 minutes, but it’s performing better than I expected. 2nd Update: My measurements are now basically 45" - 39"- 45" - this coat still fits when I roll the sleeves a bit and it's very roomy. I'm going to buy another one in either Teal or Olive and thinking about the shorter style for the new coat. Looks like the sizing will be different for Olive than Teal. This Ink Blue is a terrific color and still looks and functions fantastically after almost 1 yr. Excellent wind blocking capabilities!

Perfect size. Wear a 3x and ordered a 3x. I’m 5’5” annd weigh 260lbs and the length is perfect, just about couple inches above your knees. The jacket is light in weight and lightweight and comfortable in -20 to 40F weather. Definitely order a size up if you’re going to layer. After trying 4 coats from Amazon and returning them this one is everything I need. The wrists are elastic, to keep cold air out. Quality and worth the money. The zipper works well and opens 2 ways. Waterproof! Looks nice and color Is beautiful. Many compliments!

I have ordered this coat in the GRAY color in the Medium and Large sizes in both the 32” and 36” lengths. I am 5’7”, 150 lbs., bra 38D, 39-32-40”. I mentioned the gray color because sometimes the sizing can vary by color. 1. The 36” length in Large fit me perfectly and was lightweight. The two-way zipper was the problem. I’m very familiar with how they work, that you have to “seat” the top zipper fully into the bottom zipper’s slide before you zip it up. This zipper was defective in that it didn’t have enough slider length to fully catch the top zipper into the bottom zipper. The brand of the zipper was marked “HHH” and it was silver. 2. I liked the coat overall so much that I ordered the Gray Large in the 32” length. The 32” length is a “gray marl” and the 36” one is a solid gray. I hoped that the 32” would have a better zipper and it worked! The zipper is black and marked “SSS.” It works very smoothly and easily. BUT the Large size in the 32” length was too big overall, from the shoulder seams and arm length to excess room in the torso. I should note that I like my winter coats to fit with enough room to wear a long sleeve t shirt or a thin knit top or sweater. I don’t wear bulky sweaters or oversized hoodies. 3. I have just ordered the Gray Marl Medium in the 32” length. I will update here after it arrives! UPDATE: The Gray Marl Medium in the 32” length fits perfectly. This coat’s quality seems equal to Eddie Bauer or Lands End and the lower price, compared to those brands, makes it a great value. It has extra features that take it up a notch - like a soft fabric covering where the zipper would touch your neck when it’s fully zipped up. Also, there’s an inside zippered pocket at chest level that can hold a phone. Highly recommended!

I love this coat, the look, the fit, the length that keeps your legs warm, but it is very difficult to zip when you're wearing it. The gauge of the zipper is too small, and in my coat, the lead into the zipper is curved (malformed), and the zipper is difficult to get started. On a couple of occasions it has caught the fabric while being zipped up. I am considering having a better zipper put in because I like the coat that much. . I finally did discover the small inside zipper pocket where my phone can be kept. I wish it had an inner pocket on the other side as well. The pocket is well placed in the chest area, since it can be reached by pulling the main zipper down only a short way. . I like the hood because it is not gigantic, so when you are wearing it you can actually turn your head without burying your face in it. . I would give five stars except for the zipper problem. It's important enough that I have to downrate it to a three star.

I had to get on here and review this coat quickly! First of all, it's a really nice coat for the price point. Now for the reviews like I like to see, especially when it comes to clothing...The fit: mine is the mid-length and since I'm only 5' nothing it hits me about the top of my knee. I normally buy sweaters, blouses, anything that goes over the girls in a size 16/18, 2 or 3xl, because I don't like tight tops. I'm not sure of my weight to add that but I can say that for a size 16-18 person this coat is a perfect fit in 3X, it gives me a little room for sweatshirts, heavy sweaters, etc. And it flexes great when I move but it's not overpowering heavy. I hate coats. The only thing I hate more than wearing a coat is DRIVING in a coat! If I don't throw the coat in the back seat and ignore it (and run into the office without one on) and actually wear one to drive I feel like a hand grenade. This AM it was a balmy 5 degrees above zero, light wind and snow on the ground. I was nice and warm and I didn't say one swear word while driving ;) Very comfortable. I also poured some water over a sleeve and darn if it didn't shed water...just like the seller says. I'm happy with it although I do wish the hood detatched but a small matter.

This is a cute winter coat that is just what I was looking for. Per another review, it was hard to decide on the shorter length vs the longer length. My intention was to have more of a "car coat", that is something warm, but lightweight and comfortable for going in/out of car, stores, etc. I don't plan to wear it in the frigid cold since I have a heavier down coat for those temps. Therefore, I chose the shorter version. I haven't worn it yet, but I'm confident it will work fine for my purpose. EDIT TO ADD REVIEW AFTER WEARING: I wore this coat in Boston the last week of February. The temps were mild (low 50s), mostly sunny and windy. The coat worked out well and I was warm enough with a light scarf and use of the hood. Fast forward to the end of last week in upper Michigan. The temps were a little colder (by a 2-3 degrees) than the Boston trip. The coat was warm enough for short periods of in/out of buildings. If I stayed outside for a longer period of time I would have wanted a heavier coat. The description states "windproof" and I would give that feature a thumbs up after having tested it in Boston. To sum up, I really like this coat in mild temps, even with rain (but I use an umbrella) and held up well against wind. I would wear my heavier down coat in colder temps, for sure, but I am glad I found this item and it has been a perfect outerwear piece and exactly what I wanted.
