A tree fell on my cabana and demolished the entire building but the hot tub was fine. I decided to go for a more open air spa but I needed a secure dry housing for the fridge, towels, chemicals, and most importantly, the electrical panel. With minor modifications, this has worked perfectly. Two issues: 1. Shipping. Amazon said arriving on (day) so I planned and began assembly after dollying the box out to the deck. Quickly realized lots of missing parts. Long story short, two boxes. Though I never saw anything about 2 boxes. Also, the second box arrived almost a week later. But it did arrive. No harm, no foul. 2. Assembly. There are like 12 panels that are nearly identical but absolutely not interchangeable. There was a fair amount of backtracking and redoing. Putting the final latch on, I realized a mistake that to fix would require almost full disassembly. I made do. This should not dissuade you from purchasing just advice to spend more time studying and sorting all the pieces before diving into assembly step one. Tip: Dont bother with the vinyl weatherproofing strip inside the roof. Instead, go to home depot and buy a tube of roofing caulk. Much better results. Good luck.

This shed is not designed for outside use. Roof: The roof has an asphalt layer that is split into two pieces. They had room in the boxes to make it a single piece, but there is a seam down the middle and they give you a gaudy plastic strip and a piece of wood. more importantly, you have to drive the screws for the roof down from the top as well as attaching the wooden strip for the middle, which compromises the integrity of the weatherproofing. It will leak. I bought L brackets and attached it from the inside as opposed to their option Doors. The doors are attached with small screws from the outside. the latches, while they have a way to lock them, will not keep out anyone as the screws for the latch brackets are small and could easily be pulled off. Even if the latches were sturdier, a simple Phillips head screwdriver would remove the entire front. Even the walls are held on by screws from the outside so someone could easily gain access on any side by removing a few simple screws. Size in the pictures. In the pictures they show a bike being placed in the shed. This is impossible due to the dimensions and this is false advertising. my bike is a medium sized adult bike

Two boxes came in FedEx, and they were rough handled; however, manufactured did a great job protecting the cabinet and no damage was done. Inventory went smooth every part the manual listed was exact to include the extras in case you lost a screw. The manual needs work. Had to redo several times because it was not clear, however since most everything came together with machine screws, it wasn’t that big a deal to change something around. If the manufacturer reads this, I would suggest you pull some people off the street give them the cabinet and the manual and you will see just how much it could be improved! Pretty decent quality cabinet, although I was disappointed that it doesn’t have a weatherproof coating on the wood, so I will be doing that to protect it since it’s an outdoor storage cabinet. All in all fairly pleased with it the instruction said to person assembly and it would take 30 minutes… Way far off, took more than an hour and a half because I had to go back and correct something several times. the holes did line up for the screws so that went well, Storage‘s capacity was fantastic and the material, the wood seemed to hold up pretty good with the exception of a few split wood parts when screws were applied. All in all I give it a four out of five

The final product does look handsome, however the instruction guide suggests :30 minutes to build. We spent over 2 hours to complete. The overall finished product is not as sturdy as we hoped. The wood is very soft and I question how well the included hardware will survive the elements. If I were to do this again, I would probably searched harder for a plastic shed.

we put this unit under the back covered deck. i expect it to last well under cover. it is solid enough when all the way assembled. i would not count on it to last out in the weather or to be waterproof for long.
