Two of the mid structure braces missing. I made some instead of waiting for them. I didn't contact anyone about the missing parts so I don't know how support would've been.

You get what you pay for. This shed is cheap, and it is the most poorly designed piece of trash on the market. I’d recommend paying a few dollars more and purchasing a shed that is designed to at least the poorest standards of quality, because this one is far below the minimum standards. The instructions are completely worthless. You have to guess what each picture means, like trying to read paintings on a cave wall to build a nuclear-powered submarine. If you do purchase this shed, also purchase a box of Band-Aids because the extremely sharp edges and jagged cuts of the sheet metal will tear you up and leave you bleeding. And if you don’t already own one, buy a drill so you can drill in the holes that the kids in the sweatshop apparently forgot to include. This product should be pulled from Amazon and the manufacturer should be sued for fraud and theft by deception. ... show more

The directions say 2-4 hours for 2 people to assemble. However there is no way that 2 people can assemble this in 2-4 hours. Once you start you can not stop until all sides and roof are completely on and the sides need to be held so they do not flop all over which is more than a 1 person job. Also the instructions make absolutely zero sense when it comes to connecting the door frame and you can't do the roof until the door frame is connected. We reached out to customer service for help 2 montha ago and they still have not responded. We finally did figure it out but it took a week to figure out the door frame. Honestly it is a pain in the booty to assemble. I do not reccomend this shed. ... show more

This product was hard to put together, the holes don't line up or not there,the frame is thin, and not worth the money. If I could I would get my money back. Buyers don't buy this shed. It's a waste of money. DONT BUY IT
