She is liking it a lot and she said it is very comfy and relaxing… the only thing is it doesn't come with a cushion, so we bought a custom made cushion and its very comfortable. I had this fear that if we swing more we may fall back and for this reason i never sat in this kind of chairs since childhood but i want to give this a try and its good. Mguio Outdoor Rocking Chairs Set of 2 / HDPE Weather Resistant (white) 4 ½ stars rounded up to 5. The sturdy cardboard box that arrived was very heavy (about 70 lbs/a team lift icon was on the box); these chairs are solid. The white is a true white. The two minor things I noticed: 1) Wherever the chair is rounded the HDPE is a bit rough. The rest of the chair feels smooth. 2) There are a few uncovered bolt ends sticking out, but they are placed where they haven’t been an issue. The assembly directions were excellent. Everything needed is included and all parts (2 hardware sets and all chair pieces) are well labeled. (It looked like we were missing a few washers, but they had simply moved around the hardware package). It took us about 30 minutes to put the second chair together (the first one took a bit longer, but we weren’t hurrying and didn’t time it). One person could easily assemble these, but having a second person was helpful a couple of times. Assembly Tips: 1. The “spanner” worked well to hold the nuts in place as the bolts were turned with the Allen key. 2. Look for the rectangular indents (they are also used to fit the two D pieces) on arm pieces E & F. Insert each arm piece into the indent first and they will fit perfectly. 3. Fit both bolts into the H pieces (the bottom rockers) and then tighten both a bit at a time, rotating between them. The chairs rock smoothly. I’m a little under 5’8” tall and there’s about ½ inch of chair above the top of my head when I’m leaning against the back. My toes easily hit the ground, but my heels are off. Coffee cups fit nicely on the wide part of the arm rest. These chairs are very comfortable and will be an excellent addition to our patio. These Mguio HDPE Weather Resistant Rocking Chairs exceeded our expectations. They are made out of the same material as synthetic deck planking which we've had on our deck for 20 years and still looks new. The chairs come with all necessary hardware and tools, assemble easily, and there are routed slots where some of the pieces fit together. They are very comfortable and can easily accommodate adults who wear relaxed fit jeans. We like how the blue chairs look against the red brick of our porch. Customer service is great. Ours were probably returns since the box had been opened and taped shut multiple times and one pack of hardware was missing. The vendor got the replacement to us in under a week. But beware of one minor issue: 4 of the screws in the first pack which came with the chairs were 1/4 inch too short and we had to use replacements. This had to be one of the best chairs I have ever put together. The instructions were easy to follow, the tools provided were great to use. The machine parts were easily labeled, and did not have any confusion on what goes where. The assembly was just as simple, took a little time to get the first one completed, but the second chair was half the time. This is a set of two weather-resistant (plastic wood) rocking chairs. They need to be assembled but have each part labeled and includes not only all of the hardware (also labeled) but the tools needed for assembly. No additional hardware or tools are needed. For two chairs it took me about 45 minutes to assemble both (the first one took longer as the instructions are not clear which way some of the parts "face"). They are very large and comfortable when assembled and rock nicely. The only disappointment is that for chairs this expensive, I feel that the screws should have been colored to match the plastic and not silver. In addition, I assembled as per the directions and would have preferred that the sharper end of the bolts (opposite the head) be pointed out from the chair and not in where one sits. Alternatively, there should have been bolt caps included to protect you from your skin and clothes being scratched or torn by the bolts. ... show more
