Received these gloves for XMAS. Outdoor Research, whom I have bad experiences with before, was again a major disappointment. They shipped medium gloves in a box marked large, so of course they didn’t fit. The batteries both had handwriting on them. One didn’t charge at all. Looks like they threw some returns in a box and shipped them as new. I sent email to customer service, as they don’t have a phone number. 2 work days later, no response. When the gift giver attempted an exchange, they refused. They would only take a return and if I want to repurchase, I have to pay current pricing.     • They work and they last.
I've purchased four pairs of battery-powered heated gloves from three companies. Outdoor Research are the only ones that heat all the way down to the fingers AND have kept working for more than a year. One tip: buy an extra set of batteries, because they take several hours to recharge.
