We're very happy with this patio set. It came in two shipments, which arrived a couple of days apart. I contacted the seller because I was concerned that I didn't receive the entire shipment together. They responded immediately with all the pertinent shipping/tracking info. They were very nice and assured me that the 2nd shipment was on the way and should arrive within a day or two, which it did. It took a while to put it together (one person, just under an hour), but the directions were clear, all of the parts were included, plus extra screws and other small hardware pieces. Once it was fully assembled, it looks exactly like the picture, is very comfortable, the cushions are not too soft where you sink in, but have a nice sturdiness to them. The fabric, being waterproof, has a bit of a plastic or nylon kind of feel rather than the linen kind of feel that I think is more typical, but that is just a minor unexpected feature, yet still worth mentioning so you are aware. Personally, it's not enough for me to knock off any stars, it is, after all, waterproof. I also greatly appreciate that a cover is included for each piece, the couch, ottoman and table. I can't speak yet of how well this set will hold up through time, but for all the pieces you get for this price, for the initial apparent quality of the set and with my experience with the one correspondence I had with this company, I'm very pleased with this purchase. Wish I had this 3 years ago! ( or ten!). I The cushions are a solid 4” and fine for reading, napping, or simply to look at. Using the supplied tiny racket wrench (nice surprise!) made it easy for this senior gal to assemble. I enjoyed having a simple project. I recommend organizing & labeling the individual hardware baggies. I also went through the clear & simple instructions in advance and labled the bags per step. The ottoman and lounge pieces arrived in one box. The sofa came separately the next day. I recommend for final steps attaching “legs” to turn sofa up so the placement of the screws are visible and easy on the back. Better to assemble in the shade so you and the plastic rattan don’t get too hot. Put on some nice music🎶🌻🪷 ... show more

I would give all 5 starts but I had a couple issues. First assembly - it wasn't that bad really, just make sure you have 2 people to do it, that would make it easier. I was able to do it by myself in a couple hours. Second - one of the sofa cushion covers was ripped and the wires that keep the cover of the ottoman from falling didn't work properly. I contacted the seller and they promptly sent replacements. I give the customer service a 5 star for being prompt and without any hassles. Overall I do really like this set, and it fits on my deck great for outdoor movie nights. Can't wait for the warm weather to come everyday in WI. ... show more

I received this set a week ago. Assembled it by myself in about 4 hours plus a few breaks. I’m older lol. It is very sturdy and comfortable the cushion seats are very comfortable - the cushion backs could use a bit more padding. I have had so many compliments on the set. Yesterday we had about an inch of rain. This morning I removed the cover and one end of the sofa had water seep thru to the cushion in a couple places - not at the site of the seam. I will purchase a better cover to protect the set. Overall I am very happy with this set and I see many years of use. ... show more

I am pleased with this set. As others have noted, it takes time to assemble but it went together well. Follow all the directions, if something does t seem to line up, loosen the nearby bolts to give it some play. Good quality materials. I didn’t even think the cushions were hard to cover and I didn’t do anything about the wrinkles, they disappeared soon after assembly. So worth it for the price! Now to see how it does for the first summer.. ... show more

So putting this together was horrible there were quite a few places on this that the holes did not line up correctly and were off so that led to having to drill my own holes. They also have the incorrect amount of one length of screw but gave way more of another. Your best bet is to buy or purchase these things and pay the assembly fee to have it put together wether it's on on here or wayfair. ... show more

I love this set so much! It’s very comfortable too. 4 stars because it took foreverrrrr to put together, so many directions and SO many parts and screws, etc. I wish the screws and whatnot were more organized also. Also missing 3 washers to put some of the legs on the base of the ottoman.
