Perfect for summer for cats or even small dogs.. I built a shelter for all the strays and abandoned kittys in my area and there are alot who are afraid to use the shelter so i get all kinds of small ones to put around my house for the others who still like to be alone, i wasnt sure what to expect from this one but im very pleased with it. Its perfect for summer, the base they where they lay is a very sturdy mesh style bed which if the wind blows it can cool thr kittys and they wont have to be worried about being to hot or anything.
