My box arrived very beat up. Had tape everywhere. Upon opening the box items were not banded together or contained in the zip bags provided. all of the screws were missing, the door locks were missing, concrete anchors and steaks were missing, along with the bands to secure the roof. Hard to put together because of too much paint. This is my 3rd one and most difficult to put together. Other than that we love this dog pen.

It’s shorter than I thought based on measurements listed. But that’s not a problem . Missing screws is and instructions would have been nice for the top!! I guess I’ll figure it out eventually.. I found a screw that works but I e got to cut it off so my bird won’t get hurt. Also a grommet is going to pull through soon, it’s ripped!!! DON’T KNOW WHY I DID NOT PACK IT UP & SEND IT BACK… ... show more

    • No instructions with cheap hardware.

Most expect that companies use the cheapest materials so they can sale for a cheaper price or realistically, make a larger profit. First disappointment was opening the box and seeing some of the plastic leg inserts were broken. After I took everything out the second disappointment was that there were no instructions. I got it put together with little to no trouble but that's not the point. Others may not have mechanical knowledge or vision and may need the instructions to even get started. Just a warning..... when you tighten up the screws, just barely snug them. If not, the soft metal screws will strip. I was just using two fingers and .... strip. I will replace the hardware and it'll probably be ok. For the price we shall see how it holds up. I will have to modify the pin because the gap at the bottom is high enough that our multipoo crawls out with no effort. Thus the reason we purchased it in the first place. ... show more
